Master's and PhD Student Positions in Additive Manufacturing
Applications are invited for fully funded "Master’s and PhD Student positions" in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of New Brunswick (UNB). The candidates will perform research in the field of "Metal Additive Manufacturing", specifically Laser Powder Bed Fusion of advanced alloys.
The candidates will be expected to contribute to a vibrant multidisciplinary research group and be able to work in close collaboration with industrial partners. Strong oral and written communication skills, along with solid background and/or sufficient experience in materials science and manufacturing are required.
§ Applicants will be ranked based on their GPA, quality of publications, skills and field of research, TOEFL/IELTS score, honors and awards, and work experience. Selected applicants will be contacted and invited to interview.
