⁉️ ریمایندر چیست و چگونه باید ریمایندر زد؟

✅ اگر شما به استادی ایمیل زدید و از طرف استاد پاسخی دریافت نکردید، بهتر است یک ایمیل یادآوری یا همان ایمیل ریمایندر بفرستید. توجه داشته باشید که این ایمیل باید دوستانه باشد و از عباراتی که نشان‌دهنده‌ی عصبانیت و نارضایتی است، استفاده نشود.

به منظور فرستادن این ایمیل، ایمیل قبلی خود را "Reply" کرده و متن خود را بنویسید. اگر تمایل دارید که عنوان ایمیل شما تغییر یابد، می‌توان از قابلیت "Edit Subject" استفاده کرد. اگر در ریپلای ایمیل قبلی، عنوان را تغییر دادید، می‌توانید از عنوان "Kind Reminder" استفاده کرد. توجه به نکات زیر مهم و اثر بخش است:
• تاکید کنید که شما می‌دانید گیرنده ایمیل، فردی است که سرش شلوغ است.
• توضیح دهید که چرا مهم است به ایمیل شما پاسخ دهد.
• یک توضیح کوتاه دهید که شما چه چیزی از گیرنده ایمیل می‌خواهید.

⏰ کی می‌توان ایمیل ریمایندر زد؟

تعیین زمان دقیق برای زدن ریمایندر، امری تعریف نشدنی است، چرا که کاملا بسته به استاد مربوطه دارد. ولی توصیه می‌شود اگر از استاد پاسخی دریافت نکردید 7 الی 10 روز بعد از ایمیل اول، ایمیل ریمایندر فرستاده شود. سعی کنید با زدن ایمیل ریمایندر ساعات مختلف روز و روزهای مختلف هفته را امتحان کنید تا شانس دیده شدن ایمیل توسط استاد بالا برود. به عنوان مثال، شما دوشنبه ساعت 8 صبح (به وقت محلی گیرنده ایمیل) ایمیل دادید، بهتر است ریمایندر در روزهای دیگری مثل سه‌شنبه ساعت 11 فرستاده شود.

📬 تا چند ایمیل ریمایندر می‌توان فرستاد؟

پاسخ این سوال کاملا بستگی به شخصیت گیرنده نامه دارد. برخی از اساتید از follow up کردن دانشجو استقبال می‌کنند ولی برخی از این حرکت عصبی خواهند شد. توصیه ما به شما است که همواره دسته‌ی اول از اساتید را مدنظر داشته باشین و ایمیل ریمایندر را تا گرفتن جواب ادامه دهید و از جواب‌های دسته‌ دوم ناراحت و عصبی نشوید. البته ممکن است استاد مربوطه ایمیل اول شما را دیده باشد و در short list خود قرار داده باشد و بعد از چند ماه به شما پاسخ بدهد.
