⁉️ #سوال : چگونه هزینه‌های دلاری اپلای را کاهش بدهیم؟


با افزایش قابل توجه نرخ ارز، موجی از نگرانی برای دانشجویان و دانش آموختگان ایرانی متقاضی پذیرش در دانشگاه‌های خارج از کشور مشاهده می‌شود. اما چطور می‌توانیم با حداقل هزینه‌ها "اپلای موفق" داشته باشیم؟


1️⃣ تعداد دانشگاه‌هایی را که می‌خواهید برای آن‌ها اپلای کنید، کاهش دهید و به جای اپلای کور به چندین دانشگاه، به چند دانشگاه با احتمال پذیرش بالاتر اپلای کنید. مکاتبه مداوم و مطالعه نتایج پذیرش پیشینیان و مشورت در گروه‌ها (لینک گروه تایم تو تاک) چشمان شما را تیزتر خواهد کرد. برای مثال به جای ده دانشگاه برای پنج دانشگاه اپلای می‌کنید و در این راستا قاعده 20-60-20 را رعایت می‌کنید (یعنی بیست درصد دانشگاه های بالاتر از سطح انتظار و بیست درصد ضعیف زیر سطح انتظار و شصت در صد در سطح انتظار).

2️⃣ ریپورت‌های تافل و جی آر ای رایگان را با اپلای کور نسوزانید. ابتدا دانشگاه هایی را که از اپلای به آن‌ها مطمئن هستید، انتخاب کنید و سپس در ریپورت رایگان چهار دانشگاه استفاده کنید. همچنین بسیاری از دانشگاه‌ها با مکاتبه حاضر می‌شوند فایل پی دی اف ریپورت آزمون را علی الحساب بپذیرند. پس به جای پرداخت و خرج سریع، با مکاتبه با ادمیشن آفیس از ایشان بخواهید ریپورت رسمی را بعدا ارسال کنید.
فراموش نکنید هزینه هر ریپورت تافل به علاوه‌ جی آر ای تقریبا 50 دلار است.

3️⃣ اگر نیاز به ارسال فیزیکی کارنامه یا مدارک است، از دانشگاه مقصد تقاضای کنید که مدارک مورد نظر را بعد از ادمیشن به صورت پستی ارسال کنید.

4️⃣ برای پرداخت اپلیکیشن فی اگر واقعا توان پرداخت ندارید از دانشگاه‌ها بخواهید که هزینه را پس از ادمیشن پرداخت کنید یا بکلی ویو کنند.

5️⃣ در صورت دریافت پذیرش، از دانشگاه مقصد بخواهید ابتدا آن را برایتان اسکن کنند و سپس از طریق پست عادی برایتان بفرستند. همچنین برخی سایت‌های واسطه با هزینه‌ای کم‌تر، آن نامه‌ها را دسته جمعی دریافت می‌کنند و به شما می‌رسانند. شما با داشتن نامه‌ی اسکن شده نیز قادر خواهید بود که بخش زیادی از کارهای سفارت را پیش ببرید. برای مثال سفارت‌های آمریکا در حال حاضر و به دلیل شرایط پاندمیک، نامه i20 را به صورت الکترونیکی نیز قبول می‌کنند.
