Arizona Audit: Third Shift Counts Ballots All Night — Hand Count Could Be Finished This Week!

The floor is starting to add more forensic tables after they removed 12 counting tables because they are so close to completion.

On Friday, The Gateway Pundit reported that the Audit had reached 67% of ballots counted. At the time, they had 10 untouched pallets on the floor. Now there are seven pallets remaining. At this pace, we could expect the hand counting process to be finished this week!

With the increase in forensic tables, the audit should be completed in its entirety very soon.

America First Is Taking Over the GOP in Arizona – Those Not on the Train Are Being Replaced or Resigning

A recent exodus by the heads of Arizona’s Legislative District 15, is one such example of how the new blood is shaking out the old.

Legislative District 15, a primarily upper-middle-class area which includes parts of Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, has long been a bastion of what the grassroots refer as “the establishment.” President Donald Trump changed the old dynamic, and while many members of “the establishment,” welcomed the change, the hardcore neocon faction of the GOP, sometimes referred to as the “McCain Machine,” did not.

An eyewitness said that the people who took over were fans of the Dan Schultz Committeeman Project — ”on Tuesday night the RINO officers resigned en masse, and said they don’t like the new people.”

According to Schultz, after the August 2020 primary, LD 15 only had 38% of its Precinct Committeeman slots filled.  Currently, about 41% are filled. Just a 3 percentage point swing was too much for the board members to tolerate.

Federal judge greenlights contempt hearing against Sheriff Paul Penzone

The lawyers who won the racial profiling case eight years ago say Penzone is out of compliance with a court-ordered overhaul of his agency’s much-criticized internal affairs operation, which has a backlog of 1,800 cases, each taking an average of 500 days to complete. The court requires the sheriff’s office to complete the investigations within 60 or 85 days, depending on which operation within the agency handles the cases.

Commenting on Penzone’s written response to the call for a contempt hearing, U.S. District Judge Murray Snow said: “Even if I accept everything as true — which I don’t — I would hold the sheriff in contempt.”

Arizona Audit Update: Hand Recount Results Expected Next Week — Georgia Delegation Arriving Tomorrow

Christina Bobb expects the hand recount to be completed early next week and is hopeful the results will be shared immediately.

The forensic paper analysis will likely finish closer to the end of the month. The results of the detailed machine analysis are expected to be released later this summer.

A delegation from GA will be arriving tomorrow to observe the audit operation. Christina hinted that other state legislators may also pay a visit this week.

CD Media brought up a concern about the timing of the GA subpoenas. Since you cannot depose a witness multiple times, Garland Favorito would prefer the depositions to occur after the audit so the witnesses can be confronted with the results.

War Room Audits Update

Boris Epshteyn reports that as many as “25% of the boxes of ballots in Maricopa do not have the number of ballots they are supposed to have.” Ken Bennett explained in an earlier interview with Jordan Conradson that there are approximately 1,200 - 1,300 ballots per box. If Boris is correct, this means that more than 400 boxes have an inaccurate ballot count.

Epshteyn also commented on the GA subpoenas: “Ruby Freeman and her daughter are in trouble - they are lawyering up.” Many expect them to plead the 5th.

America’s Audit Update: 80% Completed

Jordan Conradson: What is the current ballot count?

Ken Bennett: I think we’re going to probably be about 80% completed by the end of the day, and I’m hearing that we’ll be all the way through the hand count this week. Now there’s also the paper evaluation that is running well behind the hand count of the votes on the ballots but anyone who’s been watching the floor can see that we’ve reduced the number of counting tables and increased significantly the number of paper valuation tables that are doing the images of the ballot and things like that. So we’re shifting resources to the area that we’re a little bit behind in which is the paper evaluation.

Conradson: When can we expect a result that either confirms or denies Biden won?

Bennett: Well that’s going to be several weeks thereafter. In addition to the hand count which might be done this week, the paper evaluation is going to probably take all of June and we have the facility through the end of June. So, we’re going to have to do a lot of work to catch up on the paper evaluation but both of those things need to be completed and then there will be a few weeks of putting the report together. We still also have the opportunity, and I think it’s imperative that we take the opportunity to verify at least thousands of the envelope signatures to make sure that there weren’t blank signatures allowed to go through the mail in process — because that signature of the voter on the envelope is the voter’s affidavit that their ballot is inside. We’ve heard rumors that there may have been thousands of envelopes allowed to go through and opened and ballots counted without any signature whatsoever on the envelope. If that happened that’s a huge no-no and so there are other very important things besides just the hand count and the paper evaluation that yet or yet to be done.
