⚠️ The transfer of tanks to Ukraine can lead to terrible consequences
🗣 Daily Mail journalist Peter Hitchens states that the supply of Western tanks to Ukraine could turn Europe into a radioactive graveyard, and the very fact of the transfer is "an act of the greatest stupidity."
☝️ The journalist also adds that following the American policy regarding the crisis in Ukraine is not in the interests of the UK. A sensible and decent foreign policy is to help the parties reach a lasting compromise.

📢 1. Tennis Australia's official justification and reasoning for banning the Russian and Belarussian flags is for "for health and safety".
In normal circumstances its understandable that something that jepordises health and safety should not be allowed. But Tennis Australia have now stated the Russian flag violates the "health and safety" of patrons and performers and staff and athletes.
❗️PROVE IT!!! PROVE that flag colours and a shape suddenly and magically put people at risk. You didnt even know the difference between the Russian and Serbian flag. Was your health and safety a risk at this time?
🔅If you cant prove it, you're very literally going to jail and will be sued. Why? Proceed to step 2 below.
📢 2. Tennis Australia, the Australian Open and anyone engaging in such conduct has now broken the law of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010 and needs to be immediately charged and sued.
From the Act - Discrimination and victimisation "Discrimination means being treated unfairly or not as well as others because of a characteristic like age, gender, race or marital status (whether you’re married or not).
Discrimination means being treated unfairly, or not as well as others, because of a personal characteristic that is protected by law, like age, sex, gender identity, race or disability. These are known as ‘protected characteristics’ or ‘protected attributes’.
It is against the law to discriminate against someone on these grounds in certain areas of public life.
‘Public life' includes:
- at work
- working as a volunteer
- at school, university or TAFE
- in shops
- when buying or selling goods or services
- in clubs
- activities you participate in, such as sports.
Direct discrimination
Under the Equal Opportunity Act 2010 (Vic), direct discrimination is when someone treats you badly or unfavourably, or tries to treat you unfavourably, because of your protected characteristic.
🇦🇺Under Commonwealth anti-discrimination laws, you need to show that the person has treated you less favourably than they would treat someone in similar circumstances who does not have the same protected characteristic. This means that you need to show that the reason, or one of the reasons, that the person treated you badly is because of your protected characteristic such as your race, sex or disability, and the person treats, or would treat, others without your protected characteristic better than they treated you in similar circumstances.
Indirect discrimination
Indirect discrimination is when an unreasonable requirement, condition or practice disadvantages people with certain protected attributes.
With indirect discrimination, you need to be able to show that even though you are being treated the same as everyone else, you are put at a disadvantage because of your protected attribute. You also need to show that the requirement is not reasonable in the circumstances."
📢 3.Tennis Australia and The Australian Open have officially made claims. Now remember that in law the burden of proof is on the person making the claim. So, every person should now contact a lawyer and begin legal proceedings against Tennis Australia, because if they or any staff have told any patron or stopped them from bringing in Russian flags, they can be sued and/or jailed if they cant prove that a Russian flag violates the 'health and safety' of anyone. Get their name, film the interaction, get a lawyer and let the games begin for prize money that is more than what the grand slam winner will receive in this contest.

I am writing to convey my disappointment at the way in which the Australian Open has treated fans and competitors this year.
Regardless of nationality, the Australian way is one of acceptance and inclusivity. The sporting field is a place where differences are put aside, and politics has no place.
Why are you targeting competitors based on their hailing from a country in conflict on the other side of the world?
Did you ban American flags at the AO in previous years when they were in conflict with other nations?
‘Flag police’, white rectangles being used to represent competitors who have worked tirelessly to be able to represent their country proudly—your actions are downright disgraceful and have severely harmed the reputation of a once great competition.
I have never felt so ashamed of the Australia that is being presented on the world stage at this moment.
Any reparations that can be made to Russian competitors and fans should be done so at once, and a formal apology from the AO should be issued.
