❗️Australia is supplying Kiev with 160 SLINGER combat models designed to combat drones. This module is armed with a 230 mm Hughes M30LF automatic cannon.
💥The gun is stabilized for firing on the move, the module has a thermal imager and a night vision device. These modules are planned to be installed on M113 armored personnel carriers of the Ukrainian army, after which they will be used not only to hunt drones, but also helicopters, as well as to destroy ground targets.
⚡️110 SLINGER modules were ordered by the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, and another 50 were ordered by the private company Praktika, which plans to install them on the Kozak armored vehicles it produces. The module weighs 400 kg, which allows it to be installed on light armored vehicles. The total amount of the order was 170 million dollars.
⚠️The Australian system includes a radar, a 30-mm cannon and an optical system with thermal, night and television channels. The module is capable of detecting targets with a range of 13,7 km.

⚡️280 thousand Russians signed contracts to serve in the Russian army between January 1st - September 3rd 2023.

❗️Ukrainian claim they used Australian “cardboard” drones in the attack on Pskov near the Estonian border. 🇷🇺 🇦🇺
🇺🇦There is controversy on how the drones reached the air base there which is more than 500 miles (800 km) from Ukrainian territory. Ukraine is now saying they were launched from inside Russia.
🇪🇪However, the attack involved at least 10 drones, suggesting the launch point may have been from Estonia. The Russians have not formed a public conclusion about the drone’s flight path.
⚠️The cardboard drone has minimal radar signature. The Ukrainians claim this is the drone that hit Pskov. However the Sypaq cardboard drone (officially the Sypaq Corvo Precision Payload Delivery System) has a range of only 75 miles, which means if this is the drone that was used in the Pskov attack it needed to be launched from relatively close range.
The Estonian border is 38.1 miles (61.3 km) from Pskov, within range of the cardboard drone.
▪️The 2.4kg battery powered Australian drones does not appear to have a camera and are likely guided by GPS. They can carry up to 3 kg, more than the weight of the drone itself.

Captured enemy positions in the Kupyansk direction
Servicemen of the assault units demonstrated the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which were captured during offensive operations in the Kupyansk direction in the zone of the special military operation. Each dugout and support had an extensive system of communications and mined approaches.
Each stronghold, dugout and pillbox were mined, roads and approaches to them too. We had to break through under heavy fire from tanks and artillery. Often, even with the adjustment of enemy drones, the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine still hit their own - the network of shelters was built so densely, which were handed over by the militants in a few days. The assault continued for several days. The enemy was driven back, freeing the territories to advantageous frontiers.
To pick up weapons and ammunition thrown by the retreating units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is also one of the tasks of the groups that ensure daily work at the forefront.
