Can't say this approach is recommended but an interesting video nonetheless.
At the core of it, I believe the guy is correct in that police cannot pull you over unless they reasonably believe you have or are about to commit an offense (not a lawyer - do your own research). The people can only be pushed so far I suppose.
Having said that, courtesy costs nothing. It's possible to assert your rights AND be polite and respectful at the same time. Spare a thought for the 99% of cops who are good people and who are just as much victims here as we are.
