‘Abdul-Rahman Ibn Ziyad Ibn An’um said:

‘While [Prophet] Musa (‘alaihis-salaam) was in a gathering Iblis came wearing a hooded cape that changed in colors. When the devil came nearer he took off the cape and set it down and came to Musa saying: ‘Peace be upon you. Musa replied: ‘Who are you?’ He said: ‘I am Iblis. ‘ Musa responded: ‘No greetings from Allah to you, what brought you here?’ The devil said: ‘I came to greet you because of your high godly status.’ Musa said: ‘What have I seen you wearing?’ Iblis replied: ‘I use it (the cape) to capture the hearts of the sons of Adam.’ Musa asked: ‘What is it that if a human does will enable you to take him over?’ He replied: ‘If he becomes fond of himself, and considered his (good) deeds plentiful .’ I warn you from three things:

First, never be alone with a woman that is not lawful to you, because, whenever someone does so, I personally accompany him and use her to seduce him.
Second, never promise Allah something except that you fulfil your promise. Whenever someone promises Allah something I personally accompany him to prevent him from fulfilling his promise.
(Third) And never take an amount of money to give charity except that you make sure you give it to that charity. Whenever someone takes an amount of money to give to charity, I personally accompany him to persuade him not to give it.

Then Iblis walked away saying: ‘Woe to me, thrice, I have taught [Prophet] Musa from what to warn the sons of Adam.’

The intestines of a camel were thrown upon the back of Rasulullaah and he supplicated against them

Narrated Abdullah:

While Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) was prostrating (as stated below).

Narrated
Abdullah bin Masud:

Once the Prophet (ﷺ) was offering prayers at the Ka
ba. Abu Jahl was sitting with some of his companions. One of them said to the others, "Who amongst you will bring the Abdominal contents (intestines, etc.) of a camel of Bani so and so and put it on the back of Muhammad, when he prostrates?" The most unfortunate of them got up and brought it. He waited till the Prophet (ﷺ) prostrated and then placed it on his back between his shoulders. I was watching but could not do any thing. I wish I had some people with me to hold out against them. They started laughing and falling on one another. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) was in prostration and he did not lift his head up till Fatima (Prophet's daughter) came and threw that (camel's Abdominal contents) away from his back. He raised his head and said thrice, "O Allah! Punish Quraish." So it was hard for Abu Jahl and his companions when the Prophet invoked Allah against them as they had a conviction that the prayers and invocations were accepted in this city (Mecca). The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "O Allah! Punish Abu Jahl, Utba bin Rabia, Shaiba bin Rabia, Al-Walid bin Utba, Umaiya bin Khalaf, and `Uqba bin Al Mu'it [??] (and he mentioned the seventh whose name I cannot recall). By Allah in Whose Hands my life is, I saw the dead bodies of those persons who were counted by Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) in the Qalib (one of the wells) of Badr. '[ Al Bukhari 240]

Many of the students of knowledge need to grow a backbone. They remain silent about open misguidance from people both online and in our communities.

Why? Because they say it's about "respecting" each other's differences. There is a difference between the very valid differing stances of scholars on issues of fiqh but when crazy ideas and stances are propagated - to remain silent is defrauding the ummah.

To unite on what we agree on and remain silent on what we disagree on is a false methodology and it has led us to this point.

A warning to duaat. You will be questioned about your knowledge and why you remained silent and did not defend this religion. There won't be any fanboys or fangirls who can help you on that day either.

No matter how religious a person may look and act, there are sins that they commit in private that you know nothing about. Only Allah knows.

No matter how sinful a person may dress, look and act, there are good deeds that they commit in private that you know nothing about. Only Allah knows.

If you spend your time admiring someone else's roses or counting another's thorns, you will neglect your own garden, and your own plants will wither. There is always more to a person than what is seen. There is good and bad in all of us. So do not idolize anyone, nor look down upon anyone. Rather, humanize everyone, take the good from everyone, and do not judge the bad you see in anybody. Your job is not to analyze the apparent and the hidden of your neighbor. Your responsibility is to analyze your own. So concentrate on your own plot of land, water your own garden, count your own roses and analyze your own thorns. This is how you bloom.

WHICH OF THE TWO WOULD YOU CHOOSE?

*If you went to a butcher and you found two pieces of meat, and the first one was hanging out in the open, exposed and surrounded by flies, but the second was wrapped and preserved. Which of the two would you purchase and choose for yourself?*

The answer is left for the one who leaves his woman a potential targets (to be seen by) the eyes of those who are righteous and those who are wicked.

WE LIVE IN VERY INTERESTING AND FUNNY TIMES

1.We live in times where we see many humans, but not humanity.

2.We live in times where the rich has more rooms than children and the poor has more children than rooms.

3.We live in times where smart phones bring you closer to those who are far, but distance you from those who are closer.

4.We live in times where we open Facebook, more than The Holy Book;

5.We live in times where a single mother can look after 10 children, but 10 children can't look after a single mother;

6.We live in times where the rich walk miles to digest food, while the poor walk miles to search for food;

7.We live in times where women are paid to be naked, while others have no clothes to cover their nakedness.

8. We live in times where our contact lists are huge, but our relationships are poor.

9. We live in times where our possessions are more, but our appreciation is less;

10. We live in times where we know how to earn a good living, but somehow forget how to live a good life;

11.We live in times where many know the price of everything, but not the value of anything.
Indeed, we live in a strange world. May God help and Guide Us

Be easy going on the insolvents:

In this materialistic world it is difficult to find someone who after losing financially is still not hurt by the loss. Therefore, we find that the people who give out money (as a loan) are less; and lesser than them are those who give respite to the insolvent; and even lesser than them are those who write-off the debt. No wonder Allaah تعالى has assigned great rewards for these actions.

Hudhaifah رضي الله عنه reported Allaah’s Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم as saying: “The angels took away the soul of a person who had lived among people who were before you. They (the angels) said: Did you do anything good? He said: No. they said: Try to recall. He said: I used to lend to people and order my servants to give respite to one in straitened circumstances and give allowance to the solvent. Then Allaah تعالى said (to the angels): {You should ignore (his failing).}” [Saheeh Muslim (4076)]

Abu Masood and Hudhaifah رضي الله عنهما were together in a gathering. Hudhaifah رضي الله عنه said: A person met his Lord (after death) and He تعالى said: {What (good) did you do?} He said: I did no good except that I was a rich man, and I demanded from the people (the repayment of debt that I advanced to them). I, however, accepted that which the solvent gave and remitted (the debt) of the insolvent, whereupon He تعالى said (to the angels): {You should ignore (the faults) of My servant}. Abu Masood رضي الله عنه said: This is what I heard Allaah's Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم as saying. [Saheeh Muslim (4077)]

`Abdullaah bin Abu Qataadah reported that Abu Qataadah رضي الله عنه demanded (the payment of his debt) from his debtor but he (the debtor) disappeared; later on he (Abu Qataadah) found him and he (the debtor) said: I am hard up financially, whereupon he (Abu Qataadah) said: (Do you state it) by Allaah? He said: By Allaah! Upon this he (Abu Qataadah) said: I heard Allaah’s Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم as saying: “He who loves that Allaah saves him from the torments of the Day of Resurrection should give respite to the insolvent or remit (his debt).” [Saheeh Muslim (4083)]

The man from Madyan said to Prophet Musa:
لَا تَخَفۡ‌ۖ
“Don’t be afraid” (Qur'an)

Prophet Yusuf AS said to his brother:
فَلَا تَبۡتَٮِٕسۡ
“Don’t grieve” (Qur'an)

Prophet Mohammad SAW said to his companion:
لَا تَحۡزَنۡ
“Don’t be sad” (Qur'an)

Calming the hearts of people during testing times and providing reassurance during times of panic was the method of prophets.

Now is the time to revive it.

“Don’t preach if you don’t practice” “Practice what you preach”

Hasan al-Basri said to Mutarraf Ibn Abdullah:

"Advise your companions!"

He replied: "I am scared to say something to them that I do not practise myself."

Hasan said: "May Allah have mercy upon you! Who is there amongst us who does everything he says?

This is how Shaytan attains his objective, so that no one enjoins goodness and forbids evil."

Once upon a time, a lion fell in love with a deer, and to impress the deer, the lion removed his teeth and said:
‎ عاشق تو هستم و تو را از ته دل خود دوست دارم . اگر باور نمیکنی، ببین من از بزای تو دندان های خود را کشیدم، که دیگر این دندان‌ها سبب اذیت تو نشود.
“𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗿, 𝗜 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁! 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗲, 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸, 𝗜’𝘃𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗽 𝘁𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝗼 𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺 𝘆𝗼𝘂.”
Soon, the toothless lion became hungry and couldn’t hunt, the lion was attacked and it couldn’t defend itself!
It wasn’t long before this harmless stupid lion lost his prestige and leadership in the jungle!
He didn’t realise he ruled, because of the full package.
Similar is the case of people who try to remove certain harsh aspects of this religion, to make other people happy.
They want to turn Islam into this sweet, powerless, submissive, weak, and compliant religion, that can be easily pushed aside.
They will fail miserably.
