The Quran also says, "Help one another in acts of piety and righteousness. And do not assist each other in acts of sinfulness and transgression. And be aware of Allah. Verily, Allah is severe in punishment" (Quran 5:2).

“Repel evil with what is better”
Responding to injustice with injustice, ignorance with ignorance, foolishness with foolishness, extremism (ghuluww) with extremism, and slander with slander, only fuels the fire of all of the aforementioned and puts you on the same low level as your counterpart.
Allāh established the balance of justice and enforced it fairly among all creation, acknowledging the truth even if spoken by a wrongdoer, and rejecting falsehood even if it is spoken by a rightful person.
Therefore, if you are met with injustice, respond with justice.
If you are met with ignorance, respond with knowledge.
If you are met with foolishness, respond with patience.
If you are met with extremism or negligence, respond with uprightness.
Truth encompasses both the meaning and manner; the correct meaning delivered in the wrong manner harms the truth and repels people from it.

Islaam Against Animal Cruelty:
There is no religion which teaches to be more compassionate towards animals than Islaam.
🚩 1. They are intelligent creatures:
🌟 A) The Hudhud (hoopoe) understood Tawheed better than many amongst the mankind even to this day. [Surah al-Naml (27): 20-26]
🌟 B ) The ant informing other ants to take shelter so that they do not get trampled by the army of Sulaimaan عليه السلام. [Surah al-Naml (27)]
💢 💢 💢
🚩 2. They are devoted creatures:
🌟 A) The animals, especially the birds, glorify Allaah’s praises but most of the mankind do not know. {Surah al-Anbiyaa (21): 79; Surah al-Noor (24): 41; Surah al-Naml (27): 17; Surah Saba (34): 10; Surah Saad (38): 19]
🌟 B ) The ants glorify Allaah [Saheeh al-Bukhaaree and Saheeh Muslim]
🌟 C) The fish seeks forgiveness for the one seeking knowledge.
💢 💢 💢
🚩 3. We have been commanded to be kind towards the animals:
🌟 A) The Hadeeth of the man fetching water for the thirsty dog.
🌟 B ) The Hadeeth of the prostitute fetching water for the thirsty dog.
🌟 C) The instructions to sharpen the knife before slaughtering.
🌟 D) The instructions to avoid slaughtering in front of other animals.
💢 💢 💢
🚩 4. We have been warned not to be cruel towards animal:
🌟 A) The Hadeeth of a Prophet who burned the colony of ants because only one ant bit him. So Allaah sent revelation to him saying that the ants glorify Allaah [Saheeh al-Bukhaaree and Saheeh Muslim]
🌟 B ) The woman who was punished for tying her cat and not allowing it to feed till it died out of starvation.
🌟 C) The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم instructing his Companion to return the egg to the bird out of mercy for the bird [al-Adab al-Mufrad]

"Happiness comes from within you. You'll never find happiness by chasing relationships, jobs, beauty, money etc. Happiness is not determined by what's happening around you, but rather by disciplining yourself and being at peace with what's happening inside you. Never search your happiness in others, it will make you feel alone. Search it in yourself. You will feel happy even when you are left alone. Happiness always starts within... Happiness is submission to Allah the Lord of the Worlds."

Intelligence is the remedy of the hearts; the tool of the scholars; the seed for the tilth of the Hereafter; the Crown of the believer in the worldly life; and his readiness for any calamity. Whomever lacks intelligence, then gaining power shall never increase him in Honour, nor shall wealth ever Exalt him.

If you broadcast your good deeds with the intention of showing off in front of people, do not expect any reward from Allāh, for any deed you did with such intentions.
He knew your heart, and Allāh is the Pure and accepts that which is purely done for His sake alone.
Abu Sa’d reported: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “When Allah gathers the people on the Day of Resurrection, a day of which there is no doubt, an announcement will be made: To those who shared with anyone in deeds done for Allah, then let him seek his reward from those besides Allah. Verily, Allah is free of any partners.”

Allah created every single person different for a reason. We need each other.
We need the friend that makes us laugh so hard our sides hurt.
We need the elder auntie or uncle who is always at the masjid, always on time for Salah, or always volunteering to give a sense of belonging and a reminder to use our time wisely.
We need the doctor to help heal our bodies, the artist to bring comfort to our eyes with their art, the clothing designer to clothe ourselves in comfort and elegance, and the mechanic to keep our cars running smoothly.
We need the scholar to teach us our Deen, the Hafidh to keep the Qur'an alive and protected and bring it to our hearts and tongues and the Arabic teacher to gift us with knowing the blessed letters of Arabic.
We need the friend who cooks food and brings us to their table to nourish our bodies and our souls in good company.
We need the person that cleans the bathrooms and floors in buildings, builds houses to live in and roads to drive on, and computers to communicate on.
We need gardeners to cultivate food and comfort for the eyes, teachers to educate our youth to develop their minds, and activists to protect the rights of each other to live in peace and be treated with equality.
We need the soft-spoken person to remind us to be more sensitive and be better listeners and the bold person to remind us to use our voices and speak up.
We need the poet and writer to express our deepest thoughts, fears, and loves so we can connect with ourselves.
We need the person who smiles and says salam to everyone to spread the peace and lift our spirits.
We need the millionaire who donates out of gratitude to help others and the humble person with little who shows us wealth is in gratitude.
We need the fitness trainer and the composting friend who reminds us to care for our bodies and our earth.
We need the person who honors the rules even with friends and doesn't play favorites to know what integrity looks like.

[Q]: Is there a difference in reward between reading the Qur'an from the Mushaf or reciting from memory? If I read the Qur'an from the Mushaf, is it acceptable to read with my eyes only or must I also move my lips? Is it sufficient to move the lips, or must there also be some sound?
Sh.lbn Baz: I do not know of any evidence to suggest that there is a difference between reading from the Mushaf or reciting from memory; rather what is prescribed is to reflect and focus, whether one reads from the Mushaf or recites from memory. It can only be called recitation if it can be heard; it is not sufficient just to look with the eyes, or to think of the words without uttering them.
The Sunnah is for the reader to utter the words and reflect, as Allah says: {{"[This is] a blessed Book which We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], that they might reflect upon its verses and that those of understanding would be reminded." [Sad (38):29]}}, and He also says: {{"Do they not then think deeply in the Qur'an, or are their hearts locked up (from understanding it)?" [Muhammad (47):24]}. If reciting from memory will help one to focus more and reflect more on the Qur'an, then that is better; if reading from the Mushaf will help one to focus more and reflect more, then that is better.

'Indeed a servant may commit a sin by which he enters Paradise, and he may perform a good deed by which he enters Fire.'
They asked: 'How?'
He replied: 'He commits a sin and continues to see it in front of him all the time, being afraid from it, crying out of regret and shameful in front of his Lord, lowering his head and broken hearted. So the sin is more beneficial to him than many good deeds due to all the things that come about as a result of that sin, which is then a cause of happiness (sa'adab) for the serv- ant and success (falab), until that one sin is the cause for him to enter Paradise.'
Meanwhile a servant may perform a good deed, and he begins to count it as a favour upon his Lord, feeling arrogant, amazed at himself, stretching it out saying: 'I did this and I did that.' So that good deed leads him to having arrogance (kibr), self- amazement ('ajlb) and pride (kibr) until it becomes the cause of his destruction.
When Allah intends good for this needy servant He tests him with something that breaks him, which makes him humble, and reduces his self-importance. If however He wishes for his servant other than that, He leaves him to his arrogance and self-armaze- ment, and this is the kind of abandoning that leads to his ruin.

If Shaitaan ever whispers to your heart saying, "How long have you been supplicating but you still see no answer?"
Let your answer be, "I worship Him with my supplications, while I am confident and certain that my supplications shall be answered.
Yet, maybe the answer is postponed to bring forth a goodness that is for my interest for answers come when the time comes.
And even if no answer is noted, it suffices the humility and worship I am in."

There are lot of things that we need to relearn as a society.
- We don't have a say in every matter that's not concerning us.
- We should let a single/ divorced person be themselves for a while without bugging them about "whys?" And "hows?
- A married couple are themselves a family of their own. Siblings, parents, relatives should really stop poking their nose in every decision they want to make.
- Parents, no matter what should be respected and treated well.
- Children, need to be heard so later you don't hear about their whereabouts from someone else.
- No matter how it intrigues us, entertains us, we shouldn't be speaking about every person we meet behind their backs.
- Women can work unapologetically, without being looked with hostility because she chooses to follow her passion.
- Your wife's family has equal rights on your children as your own parents.
- Your existence is NOT AT ALL a favour on mankind.
- Stop expecting things from people that you, yourself don't offer, like Respect, Politeness, etc.
- Your Son in Law can be a victim too and your Daughter in Law needs the same respect you wish for your daughters.
- People can visit doctors/ psychiatrists for any reason. Stop shaming thr sicknesses.
- Let your knowledge of Deen be reflected in your actions, your status update alone won't take you to Jannah.
- Focus on your own book of records, peeking in others' will not raise your points.
- Let people be. Without "Oh my God, why, how, when, who, where??!!"
Aur kuch yaad ajaye to add kardungi. In Sha Allah 🙂
Regards.
