The ruling giving a beggar
The Sunnah is that a poor beggar should be given what suffices and leaves him with noneed to ask another person. It is Sunnah to give the poor person even if what is given is small.
Narrated Umm Bujayd:
She took the oath of allegiance to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and said to him: Messenger of Allah, a poor man stands at my door, but I find nothing to give him.
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to her:
If you do not find anything to give him, put something in his hand, even though it should be a burnt hoof. '' [Abu Dawood 1667, sahih]

Your life will get significantly better once you realize everything does happen for a reason, it's all about changing your perspective. Every single situation you've been through, every little detail happened for a reason. The hardship you're going through right now is preparing you for something far greater so have sabr and trust the process.

Beautiful advice:
In Madarij as-Salikin, he said, “Shaykh al-Islam ibn Taymiyyah رحمه الله said to me one time, ‘ When one understands that trials and misfortunes are inevitable, he will not get angry when they occur, nor will he grieve or feel sadness due to them’.
[1] So when one is patient with those trials and does not let them break him, it is hoped that he will rise to the level of attainment ( of true servitude to Allah). His soul will become disciplined and will be content with Allah, and it will be weaned off its bad habits, until love of Allah will drench his heart and his soul and his limbs will all become obedient to the commands ( of Allah ). At that point, his heart will see sense that Allah is with him and is supporting him. His every motion and every pause will be through Allah, not by himself. His heart will receive many divine insights, such that he will appreciate Allah’s Divinity, His control of all things, and his Uniqueness. It is upon understanding of theses three qualities that all knowledge and fundamentals are based”

d to Umar and the Umar dismissed him and appointed Ammaar as their chief. They lodged many complaints against Sad and even they alleged that he did not pray properly. Umar sent for him and said: “O Abaa Is-haaq! These people claim that you do not pray properly.” Sad said: "By Allaah, I used to pray with them a prayer similar to that of Allaah's Messenger ﷺ and I never reduced anything of it. I used to prolong the first two Rakaat of Ishaa prayer and shorten the last two Rakaat.” Umar said: “O Abaa Is-haaq, this was what I thought about you.” And then he sent one or more persons with him to Koofaa so as to ask the people about him. So they went there and did not leave any Masjid without asking about him. All the people praised him till they came to the Masjid of the tribe of Banee Abs; one of the men called Usama bin Qataadah with a surname of Aba Sada stood up and said: “As you have put us under an oath; I am bound to tell you that Sad never went himself with the army and never distributed (the war booty) equally and never did justice in legal verdicts.” (On hearing it) Sad said: "I pray to Allaah for three things: O Allaah! If this slave of yours is a liar and got up for showing off, give him a long life, increase his poverty and put him to trials.” (And so it happened). Later on when that person was asked how he was, he used to reply that he was an old man in trial as the result of Sad's curse. Abdul Malik, the sub narrator, said that he had seen him afterwards and his eyebrows were overhanging his eyes owing to old age and he used to tease and hit the small girls in the way.

She complained to Marwaan Ibn al-Hakam that he (Saeed) had wrongfully taken possession of a portion of her land. Saeed said: “How can I take a portion out of her land while I have heard a denunciation from the Messenger of Allaah ﷺ.” Marwaan asked him: “What did you hear from the Messenger of Allaah?” He said: “I heard the Messenger of Allaah ﷺ saying: ❝He who takes a span of land unjustly will be made to wear seven earths round his neck on the Day of Resurrection.❞” Marwaan said to him: “I don't seek any more proof from you after this.” Saeed supplicated: “O Allaah! If she is a liar, deprive her of her eye sight and cause her to die in her land.” Urwah said: “She did not die till she became blind. While she was walking in her land (concerning which the dispute arose) she fell down into a pit and died.”📚[Saheeh Muslim (1610). In another narration of Saheeh Muslim, Muhammad Ibn Zaid Ibn
