Searching for Anti aging, skin healer and heart protector? Here it is
Umar Bin Khattab رضي الله عنه says that Rasool Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said, “Use Zait (زيت) (Olive oil) in eating & massage the body with it, for it comes from a precious (مباركة) (blessed) tree. : Reference Tirmizi: 1851; Book No. 25, Hadees No. 67;
Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه says eat Zait (زيت) (Olive oil) & massage (with it) in it there is cure for 70 (سبعين) diseases, including Juzaam (الجذام) (leprosy) . : Reference Abu Nu-aim/Al Zait: 684.
Olive oil has traditionally been used to prevent constipation, assist in ‘cleansing’ of the gallbladder and in treating various ailments related to skin problems such as burns, scratches and sunburns. Those who recognize its wonderful medicinal properties and the many uses to which it can be put will never fail to keep a bottle of pure olive oil in the house.
The studies found that people who regularly consume olive oil are much less likely to develop cardiovascular diseases, including hypertension (high blood pressure), stroke, and hyperlipidemia (high blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels). It was found that older people who regularly used olive oil for cooking and salad dressing or with bread had a 41% lower risk of stroke, compared with their counterparts who never consumed it.
The leaf of the olive tree is commonly used by herbalists for its antiviral properties. It has been traditionally used to cool fevers by boiling the leaves and concocting a tincture that is then taken orally (Privitera). Olive leaf was not only used to treat severe cases of fever, but tropical diseases such as malaria as well. Today, olive leaf extract is available from natural health practitioners and taken orally in a tablet form.

Umar on interacting with others [trust, consultation and friendship]
It is reported that ‘Umar b. Al-Khattāb – Allāh be pleased with him – said:
Whoever exposes himself to suspicion, let him blame only himself for whoever suspects him.
He who covers his secret is in a position to choose [to correct himself].
Assume the best about your brother until what comes to you from him overcomes you [and you have to change your opinion].
You can never pay back someone who disobeys Allāh in his dealings with you with anything better than obeying Allāh in your dealings with him.
Take righteous brothers [as friends]; acquire them in plenty, for they are a beautification in prosperity and an aid during calamity.
Do not ask about what has not yet happened until it actually happens, for what has happened is enough of an occupation to worry about what has not happened.
Let not your speech be given freely except to those who want to hear it and will value it.
Do not seek help in fulfilling a need you have except from someone who wants success for you in that endeavor.
Do not consult except people who fear Allāh, and do not accompany the sinner, [lest] you learn his sinfulness.
And be humble at the graves.

The Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated that eating from haraam earnings is one of the things that prevent du‘aa’s and righteous deeds from being accepted
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said:
“O people, verily Allah is Good and does not accept anything but that which is good. Allah has enjoined upon the believers that which He enjoined upon the Messengers, as He says: ‘O messengers, eat from the good foods and work righteousness. Indeed, I, of what you do, am Knowing’ [al-Mu’mineen 23:51] and ‘O you who have believed, eat from the good things which We have provided for you’ [al-Baqarah 2:172].”
Then he mentioned a man who has travelled on a long journey and is dishevelled and covered with dust; he stretches forth his hands to the heaven, (saying) “O Lord, O Lord”, but his food is haraam (from haraam earnings), his drink is haraam, his clothing is haraam, he grew up nourished from haraam earning, so how can his du’aa’ be accepted?”

BRING EASE TO YOUR BROTHER
If you find someone in need, and you find him stressed, or you know that he has been afflicted with a calamity, then go visit him with the intention of speaking to him until you can bring happiness to his heart. If you do this, you are performing a great act of worship (‘ibadah). This is from the greatest acts of worship, (as though you are engaged in ‘ibadah) even if you speak to him about worldly matters. If you go to him and bring happiness to his heart by speaking to him about the worldly matters you see in your land and the interesting things you see, and things that will make him happy, then you are doing one of the most beloved acts of worship to Allāh the Exalted.

Look at Ibrahim’s gentleness:
﴾يَا أَبَتِ لِمَ تَعْبُدُ مَا لَا يَسْمَعُ وَلَا يُبْصِرُ وَلَا يُغْنِي عَنكَ شَيْئًا﴿
Oh my father, why do you worship something that can’t hear, nor see, nor help you at all?
Oh my father, I’ve received certain knowledge that you didn’t receive. Follow me, and I’ll guide you to a straight path.
He didn’t say: Oh father you’re jahil.
Instead, he said that he’s received knowledge which his father hasn’t received!

Imam Malik رحمه الله in his Muwatta, narrates on the authority of the successor (Tabi’i) Yahya ibn Sa’eed that:
The Prophet ﷺ was sitting by a grave as it was being dug in Madinah [in al-Baqi’], when a man looked inside the grave and remarked,
‘What a wretched final resting place for a believer!’
So the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) replied,
‘What a wretched thing you’ve said [because a believer’s grave is a garden from the gardens of Paradise]!’
So the man said,
‘I didn’t mean that [about the grave itself]…
I only meant a death in the way of Allah [far away from home, is better].’
So the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said,
‘There is nothing like dying in the way of Allah, but there is not, on the face of this earth, a piece of land more beloved to me that my grave should be in, than this [Madinah].’
[He repeated that] three times.”
[Imam Malik رحمه الله, al-Muwatta]
- The Prophet ﷺ said,
“Whosoever is able to die in Madinah, then let him die there, for indeed, I will intercede for the one who dies there.”
[Ahmad, Musnad; Tirmidhi]
- The Prophet ﷺ said,
“One who intentionally visits me [in his life] will be beside me on the Day of Judgment, and one who settles in Madinah and bears with its trials, I will be a witness, or intercede, for him on the Day of Judgment, and one who dies in one of the two Holy Sanctuaries (Makkah or Madinah), Allah will resurrect him amongst those granted safety on the Day of Judgment.”
[Al-Bayhaqi, Shu’ab al-Iman]
- Sayyiduna ‘Umar Ibn Khattab رضي الله عنه made the supplication (Du’a):
“Oh Allah, make me a Martyr in your path, and grant me a death in the city of your Prophet ﷺ.”
[Bukhari]
-Mulla ‘Ali al-Qari رحمه الله mentioning intercession for those who achieve a death in Madinah, says that,
“The intercession here is for the wiping out of bad deeds for the sinful, and the raising of degrees for the obedient, and the meaning of ‘intercession’ here is specific to its people [separate from the general intercession for all Muslims], and is not meant for those who do not die in Madinah and because of that, it is said that the best thing for the one who reaches old age, or one whose end becomes apparent through spiritual unveilings and the like regarding the nearing of his appointed time, that he settles in Madinah so that he can die in it.
Evidence for this is the supplication of Umar رضي الله عنه [for a death in Madinah]… and that is because of the superiority of the land of al-Baqi’ over al-Hajun (the graveyard of Makkah), either for its being the grave of most of the noble Companions, or due to its nearness to one who is lying there (Allah bless him and grant him peace).

Maneeha is a Good Deed of Charity
'Abdullaah ibn 'Amr (رضي الله عنه) narrated that Allaah's Messenger (ﷺ) said:
“There are forty good qualities (virtuous deeds) and the best of them is the Maneeha of a she-goat, and anyone who does one of these virtuous deeds hoping for Allah's reward with firm confidence that he will get it, then Allah will make him enter Paradise because of it.” [Al-Bukhari]
Hassan ibn 'Atiyyah (the narrator of the Hadeeth from Abu Kabshah) said:
"We counted the matters (good acts) which are less than the Maneeha of a she-goat, such as: answering the greetings, invoking Allah's mercy for someone who sneezes, removing harmful objects from the road, and the like, but we could not count even fifteen qualities." [Fath al-Baari]
Maneeha is basically lending something to someone for temporary benefit, without losing the right of its ownership. This is a meritorious act. The Maneeha could be a sort of gift in the form of a she-camel or she-goat which is given to someone temporarily so that he may benefit from its milk. Then the animal is returned to its owner.
An example of Maneeha nowadays could be lending one's car to someone with a full tank of fuel, or a printer along with hefty ink supply or a computer, etc. All these can be lent with a condition to be returned to its owner after an appointed period.
Another example of Maneeha which is reported by at-Tirmidhi and others: Al-Baraa' ibn Aazib (رضي الله عنه) narrated that he heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) say:
“Whoever gives a Maneeha of milk (i.e. a she-goat or cow and so forth which gives milk), or a Maneeha of silver [i.e. gives silver to make a business with it (to trade in) then returns the bases to the owner after an appointed period decided by the twol, or guides (a person) to the right way, that is equivalent to the manumission of a slave.
And whoever says: 'La ilaaha illa Allaah, Wahdahu laa Sharika Lahu, Lahul-Mulku wa Lahul-Hamdu, wa Huwa 'ala Kulli Shay'in Qadeer,' it will be for him as if he manumitted a slave.” [ Saheeh at-Targheeb no.1535 and graded Saheeh]
Accordingly, the Sunnah of Maneeha is a very high (noble) Sunnah which the religion of Islam exhorts the believers to adopt and spread in their communities.

Surah Ad-Dahr (الدهر) is another name for Surah Al-Insan (Surah 76) in the Quran. It is called "Ad-Dahr," meaning "The Time" or "The Age," because the surah begins with the verse:
هَلْ أَتَىٰ عَلَى ٱلْإِنسَٰنِ حِينٌۭ مِّنَ ٱلدَّهْرِ لَمْ يَكُن شَيْـًۭٔا مَّذْكُورًۭا
"Has there [not] come upon man a period of time when he was not a thing [even] mentioned?" (76:1)
This surah describes the creation of humans, the test of life, and the rewards of the righteous in Jannah. It also highlights the virtues of sincerity, charity, and patience.
It is authentically reported that the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) used to recite Surah As-Sajdah (32) in the first rak’ah and Surah Al-Insan (Ad-Dahr) (76) in the second rak’ah during the Fajr prayer on Fridays (Jumu’ah Fajr).
This is based on the hadith narrated by Abu Huraira
"The Prophet (ﷺ) used to recite in the Fajr prayer on Friday: Alif-Lam-Mim Tanzeel (Surah As-Sajdah) and Hal Ata ‘alal Insan (Surah Al-Insan).
(Sahih al-Bukhari 891, Sahih Muslim 880)
This practice is Sunnah and is done to remind the believers of the creation of Adam, the Day of Judgment, and the rewards of Jannah—key concepts covered in these two surahs."
