Allah subhanahu named human as "al insan" means "forgetful"
Insan is forgetful and does errors. No human being is free from mistakes and Allah said "we created mankind weak."(04:28)

Allah is not asking you to be perfect. Humans should not be expecting you to be perfect as well. Humans cannot expect you be a certain with as per their requirements. A person is required to follow deen and please Allah not people.

A pious slave of Allah will try to mend his/her mistakes and will not become adamant on it. That is why it is encouraged to remind the believers and reminder benefits a believer.

Give benefit of doubt and excuses to people and at the same time do not be harsh on yourself if other people are not easy going with you. Give yourself the same softness which you are giving to others. Often the kind ones become harsh with themselves. They give 100 excuses to other people but they keep on over analysing their ownselves too much due to what they heard from others while that is good thing but to some extent only. It becomes stressful and exhausting if you become harsh with yourself. So, you are not harsh with others but you are harsh with yourself. This often happens with those who have pure hearts. They are not perfect but they are soft and they change their mistakes and do good and they acknowledge.

For such people it is quite difficult to survive in this world where people are keen in criticising others in anger without even knowing what they are saying. The sensitive ones will keep those words to their hearts because they think that everyone else also is like them. They think others will come, explain and acknowledge. But, in this hyper materialistic society majority is not like that.

We ask Allah azza waj'al to grant peace and sakinah to the believers from the harshness of the world.

Fatwa no. 7854

Q: Is it permissible for a woman to perform Hajj without a Mahram (spouse or permanently unmarriageable relative), knowing that she has grandsons from her daughter? Is it permissible for her grandson to go with her as her Mahram? Please advise us and may Allah reward you with the best!

A: It is not permissible for a woman to travel to perform Hajj or to anywhere else without a Mahram. Her grandsons from her daughter’s or son’s side are among her Mahrams (i.e. Unmarriageable male relatives); therefore, it is permissible for her to perform Hajj in their company.

May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.

There are times in life when you may be tested with the very things you have always tried to avoid. Should this happen, don't beat yourself up about it. This world is a place of trials. What kind of testing ground would it be if we were only tested with the things that we don't mind being tested with?

These trials we go through are the stepping stones to Paradise. And the moment we enter Jannah, with the mercy and permission of Allah, all the hardships we faced will be forgotten in an instant.

Qatadah رضي الله عنه said,

"Know that sinning in the sacred months (Dhul Hijjah, Dhul Qaidah, Muharram and Rajab) is worse than sinning in other than them even though sinning in all circumstances is something not to be taken lightly, except Allah magnifies from the affairs that which is pleasing to him."

🔥Like there is ongoing charity... there is ongoing sin as well

Allaah تعالى said:

{That they may bear their own burdens in full on the Day of Resurrection and some of the burdens of those whom they misguide without knowledge. Unquestionably, evil is that which they bear.}
📚[Surah al-Nahl (16): 25]

Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه reported: The Messenger of Allaah ﷺ said: ❝If anyone calls others to follow right guidance, his reward will be equivalent to those who follow him (in righteousness) without their reward being diminished in any respect; and if anyone invites others to follow misguidance, the sin of which he is guilty will be equivalent to those who follow him (in sinfulness and misguidance) without their sins being diminished in any respect.❞
📚[Saheeh Muslim (2674), Sunan Abu Dawood (4609), Sunan Ibn Maajah (205, 206), Sunan al-Tirmidhee (2674)]

Jareer Ibn `Abdullaah رضي الله عنه reported that some desert Arabs, clad in woolen clothes, came to Allaah's Messenger ﷺ. He ﷺ saw them in sad plight as they had been hard pressed by need. He ﷺ exhorted people to give charity, but they showed some reluctance until (signs) of anger could be seen on his face. Then a person from the Ansaar came with a purse containing silver. Then came another person and then other people followed them in succession until signs of happiness could be seen on his ﷺ face. Thereupon Allaah's Messenger ﷺ said: ❝He who introduced some good practice in Islaam which was followed after him (by people) he would be assured of reward like one who followed it, without their rewards being diminished in any respect. And he who introduced some evil practice in Islaam which had been followed subsequently (by others), he would be required to bear the burden (in full) like that of one who followed this (evil practice) without their burden being diminished in any respect.❞

Earthquakes

“Ibn Al-Qayyim (may Allah be merciful with him) said:

“Allah may sometimes permit the earth to breathe. Great earthquakes happen due to this breath. These earthquakes may cause people to fear Allah, repent to Him, supplicate to Him, forsake sins and regret what they have done.

Some of the Salaf (righteous predecessors) said when the earth was shaken: your Lord admonishes you.

Umar Ibn Al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) delivered a speech to admonish people when an earthquake happened in Madinah and said: “If this happens again, I will not live among you in Madinah

.” There are many narrations reported from the Salaf in this regard.”

Surah Al-Mulk, also known as "The Sovereignty," is the 67th chapter of the Qur'an and holds great significance for Muslims.

There are several reasons why reading this Surah regularly, especially every night, is encouraged.

1. Protection from Punishment:

According to a Hadith,

the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) stated that Surah Al-Mulk intercedes for its reciter until they are forgiven.

In a narration found in Jami` at-Tirmidhi

(Hadith 2891),

it is mentioned that it protects from the punishment of the grave.

2. Reminder of Allah's Greatness:

The Surah contains profound reminders about the creation of the universe and signs of Allah’s power.

It begins with praise of Allah, the Creator, and encourages reflection on His creation.

3. Spiritual Reward:

Reciting it every night brings immense rewards.

It is a way to connect with Allah, enhance our faith, and seek His mercy.

4. Encouragement to Contemplate:

Surah Al-Mulk encourages readers to think deeply about the world around them and recognize Allah’s wisdom and control over everything.

Increase the number of believing friends

Hasan al-Basri رحمه الله:

“Increase [in the number] of believing friends, for indeed the man among them will intercede for his relative and his friend.

So when the disbelievers see that
[on the Day of Judgment], they will say:

‘So we have no intercessors,
nor a close friend.’”

Allaah states that Ya`qub, عليه السلام, ordered his children to go back and inquire about the news of Yusuf and his brother Binyamin, in a good manner, not as spies. He encouraged them, delivered to them the good news and ordered them not to despair of Allaah's mercy.

He ordered them to never give up hope in Allaah, nor to ever discontinue trusting in Him for what they seek to accomplish. He said to them that only the disbelieving people despair of Allaah's mercy.

A man said to al-Ḥasan al-Baṣrī:

“What do you say about the Khawārij?”

He replied: “They are people of the dunya.”

The man said: “How can you say that, when one of them walks into spears until they break within him, leaving behind his family and children?”

Al-Ḥasan said: “Tell me about the ruler — does he prevent you from establishing prayer, giving zakāh, performing ḥajj and ʿumrah?”

He said: “No.”

Al-Ḥasan replied: “Then I see that he has only prevented you from the world, and you fought him over it.”

Patience and Perseverance

Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: One of the sons of Abu Talhah (May Allah be pleased with him) was ailing. Abu Talhah went out and the boy died in his absence. When he came back, he inquired, "How is the boy?". Umm Sulaim, the mother of the boy, replied, "Better than before". Then she placed his evening meal before him and he ate it; and thereafter slept with her. At last, she said to him: "Arrange for the burial of the boy". In the morning, Abu Talhah went to Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and informed him of the event. He enquired, "Did you sleep together last night?" Abu Talhah replied in the affirmative, on which the Prophet (ﷺ) supplicated, "O Allah bless them." Thereafter, she gave birth to a boy. Abu Talhah said to me: "Take up the boy and carry him to the Prophet (ﷺ)"; and he sent some dates with him. The Prophet (ﷺ) enquired, "Is there anything with him?" He said; "Yes, some dates". The Prophet (ﷺ) took a date, chewed it and put it in the mouth of the baby and rubbed the chewed date around the baby's gum and named him 'Abdullah.
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

The narration in Bukhari adds: Ibn 'Uyainah relates that a man from the Ansar told him that he had seen nine sons of this 'Abdullah, every one of whom had committed the Noble Qur'an to memory.

The narration of Muslim says: The son of Abu Talhah (May Allah be pleased with him) who was born of Umm Sulaim died. She (Umm Sulaim) said to the members of the family: "Do not tell Abu Talhah about his son until I mention it to him myself." Abu Talhah came (home) and she gave him supper. He ate and drank. She then beautified herself the best way she ever did and he slept with her. When she saw that he was satisfied after sexual intercourse with her, she said, "O Abu Talhah! If some people borrow something from another family and then (the members of the family) ask for its return, would they refuse to give it back to them." He said, "No". She said, "Then hope reward for your son". Abu Talhah got angry, and said; "You left me uninformed until I stained myself (with sexual intercourse) and then you told me about my son. "He went to Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and informed him about the matter. Thereupon Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "May Allah bless the night you spent together!" He (the narrator) said: She conceived. (One day) Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was in the course of a journey and she was along with him. When Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to come back to Al-Madinah from a journey, he would not enter it (during the night). When the people came near Al- Madinah, she felt labour pains. He (Abu Talhah) remained with her and Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) proceeded on. Abu Talhah said: "O Rubb, You know that I love to go along with Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) when he goes out and enter along with him when he enters, and I have been detained as You see." Umm Sulaim then said: "O Abu Talhah, I do not feel (so much pain) as I was feeling earlier, so we better proceed on. So we proceeded on and she felt the labour of delivery as they reached (Al-Madinah). She gave birth to a male child. My mother said to me: "O Anas, none should suckle him until you go to Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) tomorrow morning." The next morning I carried the baby with me to Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), and narrated the rest of the story.
