The three types of people:
One of the wise people said: “People are of three types, some of them are like food which is mandatory to have, some are like medicine, which one needs only at the time of illness, and some are like diseases which are hated in all situations.

Be optimistic !
The believers should be optimistic and not pessimistic or cynical. There are no omens in Islam (or signs that predict the future), but the believers are always expecting the best from Allah even if they do not know exactly how it will be.
Abu Huraira reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
لَا طِيَرَةَ وَخَيْرُهَا الْفَأْلُ
There are no omens, but the best of it is optimism.
They said, “O Messenger of Allah, what is optimism?” The Prophet said:
الْكَلِمَةُ الصَّالِحَةُ يَسْمَعُهَا
A righteous word one of you hears.
In another narration, the Prophet said:
وَيُعْجِبُنِي الْفَأْلُ الْكَلِمَةُ الْحَسَنَةُ الْكَلِمَةُ الطَّيِّبَةُ
I am amazed by optimism, the good word, the kind word.

﴿مَن يَعْمَلْ سُوءًا يُجْزَ بِهِ﴾
Whoever does a wrong will be recompensed for it. (an-Nisaa’, 4:123)
An example of this is when Adam (alayhi assalam) ate the morsel from the tree; and you know what happened to him.

HONESTY IN BARGAINING IS A CAUSE FOR BLESSING
Hakim Ibn Hizam (may ALLĀH be pleased with him) narrated that ALLĀH'S Messenger (ﷺ) said,
"The seller and the buyer have the right to keep or return goods as long as they have not parted or till they part; and if both the parties spoke the truth and described the defects and qualities (of the goods), then they would be blessed in their transaction, and if they told lies or hid something, then the blessings of their transaction would be lost."
📚 Al-Bukhārī #2079; Muslim #1532
LESSONS AND BENEFITS:
● The option to annul the contract while still in the place of transaction (known as "option of session") is established for both the seller and the buyer.
● This option remains valid from the time of the contract until they physically separate.
● Once they separate from the session of the contract, the sale becomes binding.
● The importance of truthfulness in buying and selling.
● That worldly success is only complete through righteous deeds, and that the evil consequences of sins can remove both worldly and afterlife blessings.
● The virtue of honesty, the encouragement to be truthful, and that it is a cause of barakah in a person’s earnings.
● The condemnation of lying, the encouragement to avoid it, and the fact that it removes barakah from one’s wealth.
● That working for the Hereafter brings benefit in both this life and the next.

The reality of this duniya is that everyone is stressed. The entrepreneur is stressed and so is the employee or the unemployed The married one is stressed and so is the bachelor. The rich are stressed and so are the poor. Everyone's reasons for stress is different but its still stress. The successful one is he who doesn't let external circumstances define his internal happiness and finds solace in worshipping the One True God and can be at peace even amidst chaos. To reach that level you need to really understand your purpose of life and understand the difference between this temporary life and the one ever lasting in Jannah and get a firm understanding of the concept of Qadr and love and fear Allah in private and public.
May Allah take away your stress. Aameen

BEST AND THE WORST.
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Shall I tell you who is the best of you?
Yes; they replied.
He (ﷺ) said: Those who remind you of Allaah when you see them. He went on to say:
Shall I tell you who is the worst of you?
Yes; they replied:
He (ﷺ) said: Those who go about:
① Slandering.
② Causing mischief between friends in order to separate them.
③ Desiring to lead the innocent into wrong action.

Don’t think you were ever left alone...
Don’t think you were deprived.
What didn’t happen… was never meant to bring you harm.
Allāh ﷻ gives based on His perfect knowledge —
not based on what you think is best for you.
He sees what you can’t.
He knows what would’ve broken you.
He gives… when the time is right.
What He chooses for you — is always better.
Even if your heart doesn’t understand it yet.
“...But perhaps you hate a thing and it is good for you…”
(Sūrah al-Baqarah 2:216)
Hold on to patience.
Trust His Qadr.
Even His silence is mercy.

STRANGERS.
Abdullah bin Masood [رضي الله عنه] from the Prophet [ﷺ] who said: ❝'Indeed Islaam began as a strange thing, and it will return as a strange thing as it began, and Tooba [a tree in Paradise] is for the Ghuraba (Strangers).’

Sudden deaths have increased; it has become all too frequent in our times to see people dying in their 20s and 30s. Yet many in this age group remain heedless, under the illusion that they have a long life ahead and many years to live. Who has given you such a guarantee? Allāhu al-Mustaʿān. Don’t delay obedience, repentance, or preparation, thinking you have time. Sudden death and unexpected illness are real, so invest in the ākhirah while you still can. Remember what Ibn ʿUmar رضي الله عنهما used to say:
“If you survive till the evening, do not expect to be alive in the morning, and if you survive till the morning, do not expect to be alive in the evening, and take from your health for your sickness! and (take) from your life for your death.”
(Sahih al-Bukhari, 6416 — ḥadīth translated by Muhammad Muhsin Khan)

Allaah Troubles His Worshippers
Shaykh ul-Islaam Ibn Al-Qayyim [رحمه الله] said:
❝From the Mercy of Allaah Ta’ala with His worshippers is that He troubles them with the Dunya and its worries and annoyance so that they do not become relaxed with it, and do not become tranquil with the Dunya, but in fact, they should desire for the eternal bliss in Allaah's land of Paradise and next to Him.
Allaah leads them to it with the whip of trials and tests.
He prevents them from the Dunya so He can give them the reward in the Hereafter.
He trials them so that he can give them relief, He causes them to die to resurrect them.❞

Statement Concerning Seeking Cure From The Qur'an:
Ibn-ul-Qayyim (Rahimahullah) said:
"The Qur'an is the most complete cure from all physical and psychological illnesses - the illnesses of this world and the illnesses of the Hereafter. Not everyone is capable, nor is everyone given the success from Allah to seek a cure from it. If the sick person uses the proper method of using the Qur'an as a medicine, with belief complete faith and acceptance, and firm belief in it as a cure, and he fulfils all of the conditions [of doing so], no disease will ever overcome him. How can a disease overcome the speech of the Lord of the Heavens and the Earth, the speech which if it was sent upon a mountain, would render that mountain to dust. The speech that if it was sent upon the earth, would break the earth into pieces. There is no illness of the heart and the body except that the Qur'an contains the means to guide how to cure it, why it happens, and how to protect from it, for those whom Allah gives the understanding of his book. As for the diseases of the heart, Allah mentions them in detail along with their causes and the method of curing them. So, the one who is not cured by the Qur'an, may Allah not cure him, and the one who the Qur'an is not sufficient for him, may Allah not suffice him in anything! It is known that certain things that we say have particular special qualities and proven benefits, then what do you think of the speech of the Lord of the worlds, the one who the virtue of his speech over the speech of others, is like the virtue of Him over his creation. The Qur'an is the perfect cure, and it is a beneficial means of protection, and a guiding light and a general mercy. If it was sent upon a mountain it would render it asunder from its greatness and its glory."

Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله said,
If Allaah puts a person under certain tests and trials and the person recognizes that he must resort to Allaah alone seeking His help,
then this is a good sign for him; the trials turn to purification and mercy.
If on the other hand, he rejects, complains, and turns away from Allaah and seeks help from human beings like himself, then this is a bad sign for him;
the trials turn to punishment and misery for him.
