“Whoever makes Hereafter (Ākhirah) his goal, Allāh will GATHER his AFFAIRS for him and make him CONTENT in his HEART and the WORLD (Dunyā) will come to him SUBMISSIVELY.”

■ Why Meat-Eaters Become Aggressive & Sleepy – The Secret of Fire (Naar) in Food

Now, the thing is that Hindus are so peaceful because they eat vegetables, right? And Muslims — they can’t go a single day without meat. My teacher said: When we used to live in Karachi, our Ammi and Abba would say, “Son, Tuesday is a no-meat day,” but come Wednesday, we’d buy double the meat! They couldn’t bear even one day without it.

Some Muslims eat meat every single day, and meat contains the most darkness (zulmat), the most fire (naar). One day, if I get the chance, I’ll come into your dream and show you what really happens inside a person when they eat.

There is not a single thing in this world that ripens or cooks without fire, without heat. Okay? Like fruits — the sun comes out, the sun cooks them. First it’s a raw mango, then the sun keeps beating down on it and it becomes a ripe mango. Vegetables also need sunlight, right?

This secret wasn’t known to the Hindu yogis, that’s why they say “eat vegetables, eat vegetables” — but there is fire even in vegetables! There is naar even in them!

And there’s a saying: whatever you eat, its qualities, its attributes, enter into you.

- People who eat a lot of chicken — their lust (shahwat) increases a lot.

- Those who eat beef — they just become Allah’s cow (Proverb in Urdu language as a joke), they take on its qualities.

Any food we cook, we put it on fire, right? Fire goes into it. When a person eats that food, this (pointing) is his heart, and imagine this is his stomach. When the food goes in and digestion happens, all the fire and heat and naar that was in it rises up from here and goes onto the heart — it surrounds the heart. After eating, you can actually see fire around the whole body.

That fire makes a person heedless of Allah. That’s why Aulia Allah say:

eat less, speak less, sleep less.

This fire is coming out from the stomach, and if there is no noor (divine light) in the heart, it cannot fight this fire at all.

And if you fill your stomach completely, the amount of fire becomes so much around the heart that the nafs (lower self) becomes fully satisfied, puts you to sleep, so that “I put him to sleep and then go attend shaytanic gatherings.”

When you overeat, sleep will come. When sleep comes after overeating, understand that so much naar has gathered around the heart that now the nafs wants to leave the body (in that state).

That’s why the Prophet ﷺ said:

Divide your stomach into 3 parts — one part for food, one part for water, and leave one-third empty.

That way, even if some fire is produced, it will be less.

Then do a little walking, move around, do some physical work — body temperature rises, you sweat, and that naar leaves the body through physical activity.

To remove this fire, Allah has given us salah (prayer) as an act of worship. For many days I used to wonder: we walk around all day and never pass gas, but as soon as we start praying — pat pat pat pat pat! Haha! Why? Because it’s physical movement, and this fire is expelled.

Those who stay physically active — their fire keeps getting released.

So the point is: this is the harm of eating meat: when people eat meat, animal-like qualities enter a person’s blood. The blood of that animal becomes your blood.

In short, what I was saying is that some Muslims don’t understand this matter, no one explains it to them, and they don’t even want to understand it from anyone else. They want reference only.

When the heart is busy with this worldly life, a person will look for worldly means to find relief from the calamities and difficulties of life.

And when the heart is connected, and its concerned, and its busy with Allahﷻ, the first thing that comes to a persons mind during difficulties, is Allahﷻ.

The way you live your life is going to dictate how you respond to a difficult moment.

The Prophet ﷺ said:

احْفَظْ اللَّهَ تَجِدْهُ أمامك، تَعَرَّفْ إلَى اللَّهِ فِي الرَّخَاءِ يَعْرِفُك فِي الشِّدَّةِ

“Be mindful of Allah, and you will find Him in front of you, acknowledge Allah in times of ease, and He will remember you in times of difficulty.”

Respect your neighbours! 

A man said: “O Messenger of Allaah! There is a woman who prays, gives charity and fasts a great deal, but she harms her neighbors with her speech (by insulting them).”

He replied: “She will go to Hell.”

The man continued: “O Messenger of Allaah! There is (another) woman who is well-known for how little she fasts and prays, but she gives charity from the dried yogurt she makes and she does not harm her neighbors.”

He replied: “She will go to Paradise.”

The Prophet said: Four things contribute to misery:

1. A bad neighbor.
2. A bad wife.
3. A cramped home.
4. A bad means of transport.

“There is not a single āyah in the Book of Allāh which extols anyone because of their lineage.”

📘 Overlooking: A Trait of the Successful

Shaykh Ṣāliḥ ibn ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz Āl al-Shaykh — may Allah preserve him — said:

al-Imām Muḥammad ibn ʿAlī ibn al-Ḥusayn — may Allah have mercy on them all — once said:

“Living with others, dealing justly, and maintaining good relations — all of it fits into one measure: one-third is discernment, and two-thirds is deliberate and gracious overlooking.”

Living with people is unavoidable. Man, as it is often said, is a social creature by nature.

He must interact — with his parents, his household, his siblings, his children,
his coworkers and peers.

To treat people with noble character, you must have two traits:

🔹 Discernment — making up one-third,
🔹 Overlooking — making up two-thirds.

Overlooking (taghāful) means:
Not scrutinizing every detail,
not pursuing every error,
not dissecting every word or action.

Someone might say something you know isn’t quite honest—
Will you chase him down for it? Argue until you expose him?

He may have spoken from whim, and you have no firm proof of his mistake.

Yes, you need discernment—to see through matters and avoid deception,
but you also need overlooking—to not always confront, to avoid unnecessary conflict.

Dealing well with people requires a heart that is:

Discerning, yet Gracious.

Sharp—but not harsh.
Perceptive—but not petty.
Fāṭin mutaghāfil.
The Prophet ﷺ said:
المؤمن القوي خير وأحب إلى الله من المؤمن الضعيف، وفي كل خير
“The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, and in both there is good.”

The “strong believer” here is the one strong in faith and strong in pursuing the Hereafter, not just physical strength.

But it’s equally important to note, that the weak believer is NOT empty of good. The Prophet ﷺ didn’t cancel him. He didn’t say he has no value or he has no hope. He said: وفي كلٍّ خير “in EVERY believer (strong or weak) there is goodness.”

Why? Because even the weakest believer carries the greatest treasure, faith in Allah.

He may be struggling and battling his desires daily, but as long as he holds onto Eeman, he holds onto a goodness that the world cannot measure.

The message of this hadith is that the weak believer also has goodness in him and is beloved to Allah.

This hadith is NOT an invitation to judge someone else’s heart. It is an invitation to look inward and ask yourself: “If there is goodness in me now as I’m weak, how much more goodness can I unlock if I strengthen my faith, and pursue the Hereafter?”

This is a call to strengthen your Eeman, because Allah loves seeing His servant grow stronger for His sake.

Avoid adding stress to someone who’s already distressed

Shaykh Abū ʿAmmār Yāsir Ad-Duba’i ḥafidhahullāh said:

A person in a state of distress cannot bear additional harm on top of what he is already suffering.

Yet some people do not behave properly when their brothers are in distress. For example, someone might visit his sick brother and say, “Subḥān Allāh, so-and-so had the same illness you have, and he died after a week.” You did not relieve his distress you added distress on top of distress.

So behave well and speak well.

Some people’s joking is inappropriate.

Your brother is distressed, and this is one of the mistakes you find: he says, “No, my brother, stop this pampering what we call dalla [spoiling]. There’s nothing wrong with you,” thinking that this will reassure him. But his brother is distressed and needs a comforting word.

There is a difference between seriousness and joking.

Some people might utter a word while the other is distressed, and they do not care.

Abu Sa’id al-Khudri reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever among you sees evil, let him change it with his hand. If he cannot do so, then with his tongue. If he cannot do so, then with his heart, which is the weakest level of faith.”

#Ever wondered why Prophet Muhammad ﷺ encouraged us to recite Surah Al-Kahf every Friday?

This beautiful Surah contains four main stories, and each one teaches us deep lessons about the tests we face in life.

#Let’s look at them one by one

1. The People of the Cave

This story is about a group of young believers who lived in a city full of disbelievers. They refused to give up their faith, even when their own people wanted to harm them. So they fled and took shelter in a cave ..and Allah protected them with His mercy. They woke up many years later to find that the people of the town had become believers.

#Lesson: When you face trials for holding onto your faith, turn to Allah, be patient, and trust completely in Him (Tawakkul). Allah never abandons those who stay true to Him.

2. The Owner of the Two Gardens

#This is the story of a man who was blessed by Allah with two beautiful gardens. Instead of thanking Allah, he became proud and thought his success was from himself. He even doubted the Day of Judgement. Allah took away all that he had as a reminder.

#Lesson: When Allah blesses you with wealth or comfort, remember that it’s from Him alone. Be humble, show gratitude, and never become arrogant .. because everything can be taken away in a moment.

3. Prophet Musa (AS) and Khidr (AS)

#When Prophet Musa (AS) was asked who was the most knowledgeable person, he said it was him. Allah reminded him that there was someone who knew more .. Khidr (AS). Musa (AS) traveled to learn from him and discovered that Allah’s wisdom is sometimes hidden in things that seem bad to us.

#Lesson: All knowledge belongs to Allah. Never think you know everything. Keep learning, stay patient, and always use your knowledge to benefit others for the sake of Allah.

4. Dhul-Qarnayn

#Dhul-Qarnayn was a powerful and just ruler who used his strength to help people and stop evil. He built a great barrier to protect people from the corruption of Yajooj and Majooj. Despite his power, he stayed humble and used his authority to please Allah.

#Lesson: If Allah gives you power, influence, or leadership, use it to spread goodness, protect others, and serve humanity in a way that pleases Allah.

Pride and Stupidity

It is reported that Muhammad Al-Bāqir – Allāh have mercy on him – said, “Never does any pride enter the heart of a man except that his intelligence decreases by the same amount.”

Al-Dhahabī, Siyar A’lām Al-Nubalā`, in his biography of Muhammad Al-Bāqir.

Muhammad b. ‘Alī b. Husayn b. ‘Alī b. Abī Tālib, known as Al-Bāqir, was the great-great grandson of the Prophet – Allāh’s peace and blessings be upon him.

FRIDAY يوم الجمعة

• The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Everyone who invokes a blessing on me will receive ten blessings from Allah."

[Sahih Muslim 384]

• The Prophet (ﷺ) said:
"The five (daily) prayers and from one Friday prayer to the (next) Friday prayer, and from Ramadan to Ramadan are expiations for the (sins) committed in between (their intervals) provided one shuns the major sins."

[Sahih Muslim 233]

• Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:
"He who performed ablution well then came to Friday prayer, listened (to the sermon), kept silent, all (his sins) between that time and the next Friday would be forgiven with three days extra."

[Sahih Muslim 857]

• The Prophet (ﷺ) said:
"On Friday, there is an hour when, if a Muslim happens to pray at that time and ask Alläh for something good, He will give it to him."

[Sahih Muslim 852]
Kun faya kun, Your life will change. if you are not satisfied with the situation, then make dua to Allah. Nothing is impossible. You'll not be stuck anymore. Every pain has it's ending, your life will be great again and you will find your path. Don't lose hope or give up. You will be surprised by the miracle that can happen in your life so don't worry and keep praying.Because with your dua, Allah will grant you KUN. This Kun is what you need. Miracles happen, Allah's kun is there. Ask for His Kun. Allah's Kun will change your life.

Whoever seeks praise by going against the truth, Allāh will throw it back upon him as blame, and whoever faces blame in order to conform to the truth, Allāh will return it as praise for him.

Prayer Attracts Provision

Shaykh ul-Islam Ibn Al-Qayyim Al-Jawzeeyah [رحمه الله] said:

‏«الصلاة مجلبة للرزق حافظة للصحة، دافعة للأذى مطردة للأدواء، مقوية للقلب مبيضة للوجه، مفرحة للنفس مذهبة للكسل.»

❝Prayer attracts provisions, preserves health, it defends against harm, repels diseases. It strengths the heart and illuminates the face. It gives delight to the soul and removes laziness.❞

Depression isn’t always tears and darkness.

It's staring at your phone, knowing you should reply, but feeling frozen.

It's eating cereal for dinner because cooking feels impossible.

It's sitting in your car because you don’t have the energy to go inside.

It's wanting connection, but feeling too drained to engage.

For some it’s exhaustion. For others it's not showering, not eating, shutting down, isolating.

For many it’s the silent battles no one sees the freezing, the overwhelm, the constant push just to exist.

Depression is:
Not having the energy to shower.
Forgetting what day it is.
Feeling disconnected from your own life.
Sitting in silence because you don’t know what to say anymore.
Trying so hard just to exist.

It’s not laziness.
It’s survival.

And you don’t have to survive alone.

Depression isn't one ‘look.’ It's a hundred tiny ways your body and mind are trying to cope.

If you're struggling in any of these ways, you’re not lazy, dramatic, or broken.

You're surviving something heavy and I see you.

And I stand with all of you.

The Prophet ﷺ said istighfar opens the doors of relief

The Prophet ﷺ said:

> “Whoever holds tightly to istighfar, Allah will make for him a way out of every difficulty, and a relief from every worry, and will provide for him from where he doesn’t expect.”

Every sadness → a relief
Every confusion → clarity
Every fear → calmness
