The Prophet sallallaahu ‘alayhi wasallam crying for his mother.

When the Messenger of Allaah sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam conquered Makkah, he came to a grave and sat beside it and appeared to be addressing someone.
The people sat around him, then he stood up weeping.
‘Umar came to him, and he was one of the boldest in speaking to him.
He said: May my father and mother be sacrificed for you, O Messenger of Allaah! What is it that’s made you weep?
He said: This is the grave of my mother. I asked my Lord to let me visit it, and He gave me permission. I asked Him to let me pray for forgiveness for her, but He didn’t give me permission. I remembered her and felt sad, so I wept. There was never a day on which he wept more than on that day.

Musannaf ibn Abi Shaybah-11808
{{{IT STARTS WITH GOOD MANNERS}}}

Yoonus ibn ‘Ubayd (d.139H) - rahimahullaah -said:

"With good manners you understand the knowledge. With the knowledge your actions are corrected. With actions wisdom is obtained. With wisdom you understand zuhd (abstinence) and are granted its benefits. With zuhd comes abandoning the world. With abandoning the world comes desire for the Hereafter. With desire for the Hereafter the pleasure of Allaah - the Mighty and Majestic - is obtained.

The Knowledge of our mother A'isha (Radiallahu'anha)

It is reported from Abu Musa Al-Ash’ari – Allah be pleased with him – that he said:

We the Companions of Allah’s Messenger – Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him – never had difficulty in understanding a hadith except that when we asked ‘A'ishah we found she had some knowledge about it.

It is reported from Masruq – Allah have mercy on him – that he said:

We swear by Allah, we have seen senior Companions of Allah’s Messenger – Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him asking ‘A'ishah about inheritance laws.

Shaikh Ibn Baaz: Virtues of the Scholars🎓

{Allaah bears witness that none has the right to be worshipped but He, and the Angels, and those having knowledge (also bear witness to this)} [Surah aal-`Imraan (3): 18]

Shaikh Ibn Baaz رحمه الله said:

i. Allaah chose the people of knowledge to bear witness to his Oneness (Tawheed) over and above the rest of His Creation.

ii. Allaah honored the people of knowledge by mentioning their testimony along with His testimony.

iii. He raised high the status of the scholars by associating their testimony with the testimony of the angels

iv. This verse bears witness to the superiority of those who possess knowledge. Allaah does not make any of His creation bear witness except the upright among them.

v. Allaah made the scholars bear witness with the greatest and most excellent testimony and that is “None has the right to be worshiped except Allaah” (لا اله الا الله). Allaah, the Most High, does not bear witness except to matters of great importance and only the greatest from Allaah's creation bear witness to this.

vi. Allaah Himself bears witness to His Oneness, and He is the greatest of witnesses. Then He chose from His creation the Angels and the Scholars - this is sufficient to show their excellence.

The Muslim🇸🇦 is like a stranger in this worldly life:🌍

The stranger is one residing in a country other than his country. The worldly life is not the Muslim’s permanent place of residence; rather the Muslim’s permanent place of residence is Paradise. He is in this worldly life in order work for entry into Paradise. He takes what is needed from this world in order to aid him to work for entry into Paradise.

The Muslim is like a traveller in this worldly life:

The traveller takes rest during his journey and then carries on travelling. He does not reside permanently in that place he stopped to take a rest. In the life of this world the Muslim is that traveller. In reality he is not a permanent resident in the worldly life because his time in it is very little. His nights and days take him towards the afterlife.

What is befitting the Muslim with regards to the days, nights, and his health etc!

If you reach the morning do not delay good deeds till in the evening because it maybe that you will not reach the evening. If you reach the evening do not delay good deeds till the morning because it maybe that you will not reach the morning. Do not delay repentance and righteous deeds till another time.

As long as a person is in a state of good health and wellbeing, he is able to perform Sawm, Tahajjud etc; but when he becomes sick he is not able to perform Sawm, Tahajjud etc. Therefore, as long as Allaah has given you good health, then hasten towards righteous actions because a time will come in which you will be unable to perform them-either due to illness, old age, or senility.

Prepare for death and what is to come after it. Allaah gave you this life in order that you busy yourself with what will benefit you in the afterlife. So do not spend your life in play and jest.

"I always call for knowledge, because knowledge is the light one is guided with. I have however seen that the women are in greater need to wake up from this nightmare[ignorance] than men. They are so far away from knowledge and they let themselves be driven by desires."

•Ibn al-Jawzi Rahimahullah [Ahkaam un-Nisaa, p. 29]
Al Faatiha, the Surah we recite in every rak'ah at least 17 times daily, without which prayer is invalid, the Surah known as Ummul Qur'aan (mother of the Qur'aan).

The main reason this Surah is important is because its all about Tawheed. It containts Tawheed Ar Ruboobiyyah- singling out Allah Subhaana wa ta'aala as the Only Lord, Al Uloohiyyah - worshipping Him alone & asking only Him for help & Asma wa Sifaat - believing & affirming His Names & Attributes.

Did u know that when u recite Al Fatiha in ur prayer Allah Subhaana wa ta'aala responds to every verse? This is why u should PAUSE after every verse.

Many of us recite Al Fatiha very fast without paying attention to it rules of tajweed or ponder over its meaning...pls recite slowly & read its Tafsir..

The BEST Conversation In The World!

Allaah states in a Hadeeth al-Qudsi about Surah al-Faatihah:

“I have divided the prayer between Myself and My servant, into two halves, and My servant shall have what he has asked for.

When the servant says: “(All) praise is (due) to Allaah, Lord of the worlds,”

Allaah says: “My servant has praised Me.”

When the servant says: “The Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful,”

Allaah says: “My servant has extolled me.”

When the servant says: “Sovereign of the Day of Recompense,”

Allaah says: “My servant has glorified me.”

When the servant says: “It is You we worship and You we ask for help,”

Allaah says: “This is between Me and My servant, and My servant shall have what he asked for.”

When the servant says: “Guide us to the straight path – the path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor, not of those who have evoked (Your) anger or of those who are astray.”

Allaah says: “All these are for My servant, and My servant shall have what he asked for.”

It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin 'Amr said: "It was said to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him): 'Which of the people is best?' He said: 'Everyone who is pure of heart and sincere in speech.' They said: 'Sincere in speech, we know what this is, but what is pure of heart?' He said: 'It is (the heart) that is pious and pure, with no sin, injustice, rancor or envy in it.'"
Sunan ibn-e-Majah
Vol.5, Book.37, Hadith.4356
(2914) and Abu Dawood (1464) narrated from ‘Abd-Allaah ibn ‘Amr that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

“It will be said to the companion of the Qur’an: Recite and rise in status, recite as you used to recite in the world, for your status will be at the last verse that you recite.”

This hadeeth was classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in as-Silsilah as-Saheehah, 5/218, no. 2240

Shaykh al-Albaani (may Allah have mercy on him) said:

It should be noted that what is meant by the words “the companion of the Qur’an” is the one who memorises it by heart, based on the words of the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him):

“The people should be led in prayer by the one who knows the most of the Book of Allah”

i.e., the one who has memorised the most.

So differences in status in Paradise are based on memorisation in this world, not recitation on that Day and reciting a great deal, as some people imagine. This clearly shows the virtue of the one who memorises the Qur’an, but that is on condition that he memorises it for the sake of Allah alone, may He be glorified and exalted, and he does not do it for worldly gain or to acquire wealth.

The Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said:

“Most of the hypocrites of my ummah will be reciters (of Qur’an).”

An Important Act and its Virtue

Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, “Whoever recites a thousand verses of the Qur'an in the path of Allah, Allah will record his name amongst the Ambiya (AS), the Siddiqeen, the martyrs and the righteous ones.”

“Verily knowledge📚 is more precious than wealth.💰

Knowledge preserves you, while you preserve wealth.
Knowledge judges while wealth is judged upon.

“We are more in need of good manners, than lots of (knowledge of) hadīth.”

Imām Abū Ḥātim ibn Ḥibbān (d. AH 354), may Allāh have mercy upon him, said:

Intelligence is the remedy of the hearts; the tool of the scholars; the seed for the tilth of the Hereafter; the Crown of the believer in the worldly life; and his readiness for any calamity. Whomever lacks intelligence, then gaining power shall never increase him in Honour, nor shall wealth ever Exalt him.
