Ilm4all:
May Allaah make the enemies of Islaam perish for their intended attack on Makkah. The Houthis are attacking Makkah like their forefathers (the Shia/Raafidhah) did in the year 317 Hijree. THEY ARE ATTACKING THE SACRED PLACE OF ALLAAH – MAKKAH (in which fighting is prohibited), IN THE SACRED MONTH OF ALLAAH – AL-MUHARRAM (in which fighting is prohibited)!
The army of Abu Taahir al-Qurmutee attacked Makkah on 8th of Dhul Hijjah, and spilt the blood of thousands and thousands of Hujjaaj (pilgrims), as well as the people of Makkah, and took thousands of women captive. He was the criminal who took away the Black Stone and plundered the wealth of the Muslims. May the curse of Allaah be upon them, and those who follow their path, and their allies till the Day of Judgment!
The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said:
❝No doubt, Allaah has made this place (Makkah) a sanctuary since the creation of the heavens and the earth and will remain a sanctuary till the Day of Resurrection as Allaah has ordained its sanctity. Fighting was not permissible in it for anyone before me, and even for me it was allowed only for a portion of a day. So, it is a sanctuary with Allaah's sanctity till the Day of Resurrection.❞

A Real Eye-Opener: Upset with the Qadr of Allaah!?
Most people entertain bad thoughts about Allaah regarding their own personal situations and the situations of others. The only ones who remain safe from this are those who truly know Allaah, His Names, His Attributes, and what His Wisdom and Right to be praised really entails.
So let every sincere, sound-minded individual focus on himself regarding this, and then repent to Allaah and seek His Forgiveness from the negative notions he entertains about his Lord.
Look closely at anyone! You will find that people become upset with Qadr and blame things on it, saying that, “It should have been this way or that way…”
Some people behave this way only rarely, others more commonly!
Inspect yourself – Are you innocent!?
If you are saved from it, you are safe from something terrible…But really, I doubt you are even safe! -Ibn al-Qayyim
This is a passage from the great writings of al-’Allaamah Ibn Qayyim al-Jowziyyah, as quoted in the book, Kitaab at-Towheed, by Shaykh Muhammad ibn ‘Abdil-Wahhaab.
This passage was an explanation of some Qur’aanic verses exposing the notions and ill assumptions of the hypocrites after the defeat suffered at the Battle of Uhud. It is absolutely amazing how this great scholar tied the filthy beliefs of the hypocrites to our own hearts and actions, and guided us to take a an important personal lesson from the hidden enemies of Islaam and their false notions about the Wisdom of Allaah and His Qadr.
From the attributes of the hypocrites is that they do not submit to the Qadr of Allaah, instead they find fault with it, and claim that things would have been better had they been in charge of the affair!
Review Soorah Aal ‘Imraan (3:154).
Ibn al-Qayyim said, “Inspect yourself – Are you innocent?!”
I remind myself and my brothers and sisters in Islaam to sincerely think about the following statements and ponder over how distant we are from them in reality:
*“That’s just great! This is why I hate Mondays!”
*“What is wrong with this laptop? Another virus!! And of course this would happen NOW, when I have all this important work to finish!!”
*“The car seems to break down every time I’m running late!”
*“My stupid cellphone keeps shutting down…!”
*“Oh great! One more red light! As if I’m not late enough!”
*“I stoved my toe on that stupid table!”
These small everyday trials we face and the emotions we react with are all part of our personal test. Our reactions, beliefs, and statements are all being recorded!
With the above mentioned complaints and reactions, who are we actually displeased with? We know that the table didn’t do anything to our toe, right? We know that cars, cellphones, and laptops don’t actually choose to do things to harm us in reality, right?
So then, again – WHO or WHAT are we really displeased with when uttering these kinds of statements?
We desperately need our spouses, friends, and companions to remind us, quite simply, with the following question:
Are you unhappy with the Qadr of Allaah?
Let us replace the bad reactions mentioned with the very best guidance available, the guidance of the Prophet Muhammad (sallallaahu ‘alayhe wa sallam):
وإن أصابك شيء فلا تقل لو أني فعلت كذا لكان كذا وكذا لكن قل قدر الله وما شاء فعل…
“…And if something (bad) befalls you, do not say, ‘Had I only done such-and-such, then such-and-such would have happened, rather say: Qadrullaahi, wa maa shaa’ fa’ala (This is from the Qadr of Allaah, and He does whatever He wills).” [Muslim]
Let us affirm everything we face as the Qadr of Allaah, submit to Allaah being pleased with the trial He (and no one else) has chosen for us, and be afraid of a bad reaction that would be written against us and handed to us on the Day of Account.
And Allaah knows best.

SHAIKH FAWZAAN (MAY ALLAAH PRESERVE HIM) RESPONDS TO THE RECENT ATTEMPTED ATTACK AGAINST MAKKAH PERPETRATED BY THE HOOTHI RAWAAFID SHIITE –AN ALLY AND PROXY OF THE RAAFIDAH STATE OF IRAN.
In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy
Shaikh Saaleh al-Fawzaan says that we should thank Allaah (The Most High) Who repelled the (recent) plot perpetrated by the Hoothi Shiite Raafidah against the Sacred House (i.e. Masjid Al-Haraam) and we should supplicate against them, for indeed they are worthy of punishment. They are not the first people to attack the sacred house, rather the Qaraamitah and likewise Abrahah wanted to destroy the kabah, but Allaah is Ever Watchful Over Them. Allaah [The Most High] stated: [أَلَمْ تَرَ كَيْفَ فَعَلَ رَبُّكَ بِأَصْحَابِ الْفِيلِ – Have you (O Muhammad) not seen how your Lord dealt with the Owners of the Elephant?]
This was about the king of Abyssinia who came along with a huge elephant to destroy the Ka’bah, but Allaah repelled them- Allaah sent them birds in flocks and each bird carried three stones, one in its beak and two in the legs. The birds pelted them with the stones – the stones smashed the skulls of the disbelievers and exited from their anuses, and not a single one of them survived.
Allaah said:
Have you (O Muhammad) not seen how your Lord dealt with the Owners of the Elephant? [The elephant army which came from Yemen under the command of Abrahah Al-Ashram intending to destroy the Ka’bah at Makkah]. Did He not make their plot go astray? And sent against them birds, in flocks, Striking them with stones of Sijjil. And made them like an empty field of stalks (of which the corn has been eaten up by cattle).
This year was called the year of the elephant – the year in which the Messenger of Allah [sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam] was born.
Likewise, what did the Qaraamitah do? They killed the pilgrims at the sacred house and at Arafah. They took the black stone to another place they built and called it a Ka’bah. They placed the black stone in that building and it remained there for more than twenty years until Allaah (willed) that it was to be returned to the Kabah (at Makkkah). This act (i.e. attacking the sacred land) is an act of the Shiites and the Raafidah. These Shiites –Hoothi Shiites- are upon the way of their forefathers and Allaah is Ever Watchful Over Them. Title: Is it permissible for Muslims to buy goods (on sale) sold during christian holidays?
Answered by: Shaykh Ali bin Yahya bin Ali Al ‘Amiree Al Haddaadi
Question: Unfortunately here in the west (and some Muslim countries) we have clothing, furniture and other types of discount sales offered by shops, which take place during non Muslim holidays. Is it permissible to buy these items during these non-muslim celebrations to benefit from the discounts they offer?
Answer: Shaykh Ali Haddadi answered by saying, there is no problem buying goods in the sales during their holidays because buying and selling has nothing to do with their religion.

✨ *CONSUMING RIBA*
*(USURY OR INTEREST)* ✨
In the Qur’aan, Allaah does not declare war on anyone except the people who deal in Riba, Saying: 📖 *{O you who believe! Be afraid of Allaah and give up what remains (due to you) of Riba [from now onward], if you are [really] believers. And if you do not do it, then take a message of war from Allaah and His Messenger.}* [Qur'aan 2:278-279]
✨ This is sufficient to explain the abhorrence of this deed in the sight of Allaah. _One may easily discern the extent of devastation, at the individual and the international level, caused by dealing with Riba - such as bankruptcy, recession, economic stagnation, inability to repay loans, high levels of unemployment, collapse of many companies and institutions, etc._
💕 *Daily toil has become a never-ending struggle to pay off interest on loans and societies have become class-ridden structures in which huge wealth in concentrated in the hands of a few.* Perhaps all this is a manifestation of the war threatened by Allaah to those who deal in Riba.
✨ _Everyone who has something to do with Riba, whether he is one of the main parties involved or is a middleman or facilitator, has been cursed by Muhammad_ (SalAllaahu 'alaihi wa sallam). Jaabir (radhiAllahu 'anhu), reported that the *Messenger of Allaah (SalAllaahu 'alaihi wa sallam), cursed “the one who consumes Riba, the one who gives it to others, the one who writes it down and the one who witnesses it.”*
💕 He (SalAllaahu 'alaihi wa sallam), said: _“They are all the same.”_ 📚 (Reported by Muslim, 3/1219) Based on this, it is not permitted to do work that involves writing interest-based contracts and conditions, paying or receiving Riba, depositing it or guarding it. *Generally speaking, it is Haraam to be directly or indirectly involved with Riba in any way, shape or form.*
✨ The Prophet (SalAllaahu 'alaihi wa sallam), was keen to explain the ugliness of this major sin. ‘Abdullaah ibn Mas’ood (radhiAllahu 'anhu) reported that the Prophet of Allaah (SalAllaahu 'alaihi wa sallam), said: _“There are seventy-three types of Riba, the least of which is *as abhorrent as a man having intercourse with his own mother* and worst of which is [violating] a Muslim's honor and sanctity."_

Upon the authority of Abdullah ibn Uday Az Zuhri [رضي الله عنه] who said I saw the Messenger of Allah [ﷺ] standing in Hazwarah [A place in Makkah] and he said:

As the clocks go back tonight and we enter the very short days and long nights, take benefit of the following:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: ❝Fasting in the winter is the easy prize.❞ (❶)
Ibn Rajab al-Hanbali (رحمه الله) commented:
“And the meaning of it being an easy prize is that it is a prize obtained without any battle or effort or hardship. So, the owner of this prize has been given it as a favor without any effort on his part."
He also mentioned, “Winter is the best season for the believer because Allah strengthens his practice in it by making worship easy for him.
This is because in winter, the believer can fast during the day with ease without suffering from hunger and thirst. The days are short and cold, and he therefore doesn’t feel the hardship of fasting.
As for praying at night in the winter due to its long nights, one can have his share of sleep and then get up to pray afterwards and recite all that he usually recites of the Qur’an while he has had enough sleep.
So, he can combine between the sleep that he needs and the usual amount of recitation of the Qur’an that he completes in a day. So, he fulfills the interests of both his religion and the comfort of his body." (❷)

|| It is not permissible for you to congratulate non-Muslims on their festivals even if they get upset ||
Q: Thanks to Allah Who guided me to accept Islam. Now, I live with my non-Muslim family who congratulate me on Eid-ul-Fitr (the Festival of Breaking the Fast) and Eid-ul-Adha (the Festival of the Sacrifice). Then, when it is the time for their holidays, I do not congratulate them; they therefore become upset with me and call me arrogant. What should I do? Please, advise. May Allah reward you with the best.
A: It is not permissible for you to congratulate non-Muslims on their festivals even if
they get upset with you or feel you are haughty. It is recommended to endear Islam to them and advise them nicely to accept it. We ask Allah (Exalted be He) to open the hearts of your family to Islam.
May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.

EFFECT OF SINS

THE WOMAN IS THE BACKBONE OF THE MUSLIM FAMILY
Shaykh Salih al-Fawzan said, "
Family is one of the indispensable educational institutions in the society.
Its existence, prosperity, and stability are major objectives of this religion.
Allah says, "O mankind! Be dutiful to your Lord, Who created you from a single person (Adam), and from him (Adam) He created his wife [Hawwa (Eve)], and from them both He
created many men andwomen."
1.This verse indicates that the origin of the human being is a single family, from which all the succeeding families were reproduced. Significantly, Islam urged Muslims to build up a family as soon as they are able to. The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم (said, "Whoever among you can afford to get
married, let him do so."
2.The pivotal role of family in Islam is particularly influential because it determines the future of its members in terms of life and religion. The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم (said, "No child is born except on al-Fitrah (Islam) but his parents
either make him/her Jewish, Christian, or Magian."
3. The woman, in particular, is the backbone of the family. There is a famous saying: A great woman is behind every great man. Isn't it better for the best sake of the family to have a full dedicated wife. The role of women is not restricted to just giving birth; it is far beyond this. Instead, her actual role is raising righteous children. Some may think that woman's role in the house is insignificant but rather it is very complicated. It requires knowledge, sound judgment, and precision. It also requires management, high moral standards, and passion. A woman that underestimates her role in the house does not really understand it well. Likewise, those who consider the woman's full dedication to her family to be a waste do not either understand it or do understand but harbor ill intentions.

♻️Pessimism about Safar🗓 is a characteristic of Jahiliyyah – Fatwas of Ibn Baz♻️
Q: It is known that many people are pessimistic about the month of Safar regarding many affairs. Such people, for example, do not conclude marriage contracts during Safar. Moreover, many people believe that it is not permissible to break a stick, knot ropes, or entwine fingers when concluding a marriage contract for this leads to failure of the concerned marriage and disharmony between the spouses. Since all the foregoing are beliefs bearing on ‘Aqidah (creed), could you please advise and clarify the ruling on it? May Allah guide us all to all that He loves and is pleased with.
A: Pessimism about Safar is not permissible. It is a characteristic of Jahiliyyah (pre-Islamic time of ignorance).
Safar – just like all other months – does not bring good or evil, as good is only from Allah (Glorified be He) and evil is predestined by Him. Moreover, it is authentically reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) annulled the concept of pessimism when he said:
There is no ‘Adwa (contagion, disease transmission naturally by itself not by the Decree of Allah), nor is there any Tiyarah (evil omen), nor is there any Hamah (pre-Islamic superstitious belief that the bones of a dead person turn into an owl), nor is there Safar (the month of Safar was believed to bring bad luck during Jahiliyyah).
(Agreed upon by Imams Al-Bukhari and Muslim)
The same applies to pessimism about entwining fingers, breaking a stick, etc., when concluding a marriage contract. Such beliefs are false, baseless, and thus they should not be adopted by a Muslim. May Allah grant us all success!
