“There is no shame in that a person makes a mistake, shameful is that he does not return back to the truth after it has become clear to him.”

- Shaykh Muqbil Ibn Hādī Al-Wādi'ī (rahimahullah)

[From The Tape Al-As'ilah Al-Imārātiyyah | Translated by ‘Abdurrahīm Ibn Muhammad Al-Hadhramī]

The sign of good character is in ten qualities:

(1) rarely arguing,

(2) treating others fairly,

(3) abandoning seeking out people’s faults,

(4) seeking to rectify and improve any evil qualities which appear,

(5) seeking excuses for people,

(6) bearing harm,

(7) blaming oneself,

(8) occupying oneself with awareness of one’s own faults and not with the faults of others,

(9) having a cheerful face,

Reminder Benefits the Believer!:
Insignificance of this world #1:

A thing to contemplate on: The word ❝Earth❞ ( الأرض ) and ❝World❞ ( الدنيا ) are mentioned numerous times in the Qur’aan; but never once has Allaah تعالى praised them.

Narrated Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه: The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said: ❝This world is cursed and so are all the things in it, except the remembrance of Allaah and that, which He (Allaah) likes, and the scholars and the students.❞
