The wordly pleasures are shallow, and our sorrows are deep. Shallow waters are noisy; deep waters are silent.
🔴 A DISLIKED QADR 🔴
Translated by Abbas Abu Yahya
🔻What a person should do if he has been afflicted with Qadr which he dislikes?🔻
🔶 Shamsuddeen Muhammad bin Abee Bakr Ibn Qayyim aj-Jawzeeyah (d.751 A.H.) -Rahimullaah- said:
‘If a disliked Qadr crosses a person, then he has six considerations:
✅ The first- consideration is of Tawheed, and that Allaah is the One who destined it for him, willed it for him, created him. Whatever Allaah wants occurs and whatever Allaah does not want does not occur.
✅ The second- consideration is of justice, and that it will occur with Allaah’s command. It is just in fulfilling Allaah’s justice.
✅ The third- consideration is of mercy, and that Allah’s mercy in what has been destined is generally from Allaah’s Anger and recompense, His mercy is present but hidden and not apparent.
✅ The fourth- the consideration of wisdom, that the Allaah’s Wisdom -Subhanahu- necessitated this destiny. Allaah did not destine this in vain or command it for no reason.
✅ The fifth- consideration is of Praise, that all complete praise is for Allaah -Subhanahu- for this destined Qadr from whichever way you look at it.
✅ The sixth- the consideration of servitude of worship, and that a person is purely a slave of Allaah from every point of view. The regulations of his Master apply to him and are carried out due to him being his master’s possession and His slave. So Allaah disposes him under His destined rulings just as Allaah disposes him under rulings of the Deen, therefore, the slave of Allaah has to conform and proceed with these rulings.

Shaykh Saalih Al-Fawzaan حفظه الله تعالى, when asked if a woman can unveil her face because of the difference of opinion on this matter, replied:
“No one uses the difference of opinion amongst the scholars as a justification except for the people of desires who love to follow their whims. As for the one who fears Allah, he does not use the differences of opinion as an excuse.
Differences of opinions exist amongst the scholars. In fact, there is almost no issue from among the issues of fiqh, except that there can be found a difference of opinion amongst the scholars in it. This is why Allah has commanded us to refer back to the Book and the Sunnah.
“And if you differ in anything, then refer it back to Allah and the Messenger if you truly believe in Allah and the last day.” [4:59]
So differences of opinion exist. However, it is not permissible for us to (only) accept the opinion that confirms to our desires and aspirations, whilst rejecting the one that is supported by the evidences just because it contradicts our desires. This is not permissible.
So what is required is to take the opinion that is in conformity with the evidence from the Book and the Sunnah with regard to the Hijab as well as everything else.”
The shaykh then went on to confirm the obligation of a woman veiling her face.

The evidence of segregation between the men and the women of the Sahaabah رضي الله عنهم at the time of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم even when leaving the Masaajid (the best places on the Earth):
Umm Salamah (May Allah be pleased with her) said that after Allah’s Messenger (May peace and blessings be upon him) said "as-Salamu ‘Alaykum wa Rahmatullah’ twice announcing the end of prayer, women would stand up and leave. He would stay for a while before leaving. Ibn Shihab said that he thought that the staying of the Prophet (May peace and blessings be upon him) was in order for the women to be able to leave before the men who wanted to depart." Narrated by al-Bukhari under No. 793.
Abu Dawood under No. 876 narrates the same hadith in Kitab al-Salaat under the noscript "Insiraaf an-Nisaa’ Qabl al-Rijaal min al-Salaah" (Departure of Women before Men after the Prayer). Ibn ‘Umar said that Allah’s Messenger (May peace and blessings be upon him) said: "We should leave this door (of the mosque) for women." Naafi’ said: "Ibn ‘Umar never again entered through that door until he died." Narrated by Abu Dawood under No. 484 in "Kitab as-Salah" under the Chapter ennoscriptd: "at-Tashdid fi Thalik".
Abu Hurayrah said that the Prophet (May peace and blessings be upon him) said: ""The best of the men’s rows is the first and the worst is the last, and the best of the women’s rows is the last and the worst in the first." Narrated by Muslim under No. 664.
Abu Usayd al-Ansari narrated that he heard Allah’s Messenger (May peace and blessings be upon him) say to the women on his way out of the mosque when he saw men and women mixing together on their way home: ‘Give way (i.e., walk to the sides) as it is not appropriate for you to walk in the middle the road.’ Thereafter, women would walk so close to the wall that their dresses would get caught on it. Narrated by Abu Dawood in "Kitab al-Adab min Sunanihi, Chapter: Mashyu an-Nisa Ma’ ar-Rijal fi at-Tariq.

BE MINDFUL OF THE FITNAH OF THE DUNYAH AND THE FITNAH OF WOMEN
The Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said: ”Verily the worldly life is sweet and green, and verily Allaah is going to place you as successors upon it in order to see how you act. So be mindful of the dunyaah and be mindful of women; verily the first trial for the Children of Israa’eel was caused by women.” [(saheeh Muslim: No 2742) (Ibn Maajah: No 4000) (Ahmad: 3:22)]
Imaam Muhammad Ibn Saaleh Al-Uthaymeen (rahimahullaah) said: Regarding the statement of the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam):
”Verily The Worldly Life Is Sweet And Green”; (it is) sweet in taste and green in its image. And when something is green and sweet, the eye seeks it first and then the Nafs; and when the eye and the nafs come together in seeking after something, the human being is drawn close to falling into it. The worldly life is sweet in its taste and green in its image, so the human being is deceived by it and pre-occupied with it. He places greater importance on it than what is due to it (of importance). However, the Prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) has made it known that Allaah is going to place us as successors upon (the earth) in order to see how we act; whether we will be obedient to Him, forbid the nafs from desires, fulfil what Allaah has enjoined upon us and not allow the worldly life to deceive you or whether the opposite will take place? This is why he (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said: ”Be Mindful Of The Worldly Life”, that is: fulfil what you have been commanded and refrain from that which you have been forbidden, and do not let the sweetness and radiance of this worldly life to deceive you, as Allaah said: ”Let not then this (worldly) present life deceive you, nor let the chief deceiver (Satan) deceive you about Allaah”. 31:33
Then he (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) stated: ”So Be Mindful Of The Worldly Life And Be Mindful Of Women;” That is: be mindful of them. This includes a warning to the woman with regards to her plot(s) against her husband and also a warning against women and the trial that can occur through them. And for that reason he (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said: ”Verily The First Trial For The Children Of Israa’eel Was Caused By Women”. They were put to trial through women, thus they went astray and led others astray wal-iyaadhu-billaah.
And for this reason, we find that at present our enemies are focused on women issues. (They focus) on adorning women, intermingling them and make them share the same occupations with men, until it becomes as if the people are donkeys having no other concern except for their stomachs and canal desires, wal-iyaadho-billaah. Women are portrayed as if they are mere images, that is: pictures (which) people attached no importance to except that which is connected to the woman’s figure (outward appearance). See how they have decorated and beautified her! See how they have brought about beautifications for her and presented her in a desirable condition, in relation to (her) hair, skin, legs, arms, face and everything else; until they make it the most important issue for the woman, like a picture made out of plastic.
They neither present to her the importance of establishing Ibaadah nor bearing children

Mother, a ni'mah of Allāh for which we can't thank Him سبحانه enough...
Muhammad bin al-Munkadir said: ‘I spent the night massaging my mother’s leg and Umar spent the night praying. His night would not make me happier than my night.
[Collected in ‘al-Hileeyah’ 3/150, taken from ‘Akhbar as-Salaf’ p.269]
14 – From Jafar bin Sulayman who said: Muhammad bin al-Munkadir used to place his cheek on the floor, and then say to his mother: ‘place your foot upon it!’
[Collected in ‘Mukarim al-Akhlaaq’ p.226, taken from ‘Akhbar as-Salaf’ p.270]
15 – From Ibn ‘Awn who said: ‘Muhammad bin Sireen used to when he was with his mother lower his voice and speak slowly.’
[Collected in ‘Mukarim al-Akhlaaq’ p.226, taken from ‘Akhbar as-Salaf’ p.270]
16 – From al-Hasan that a man said to him: Indeed I made Hajj and indeed my mother has given me permission to perform another Hajj.’ So al-Hasan said: ‘To sit with her at her table is more beloved to me than your Hajj [i.e. optional Hajj].
[Collected in ‘Mukarim al-Akhlaaq’ p.227, taken from ‘Akhbar as-Salaf’ p.270]
17 – From Hisham who said: Hafsah bint Sireen used to ask for Allaah’s mercy upon her son Huthayal and say: He would go and get reed and stalks to make a fire, he would peel them and gather them in the summer time, so when it is lit it would not produce smoke. When it came to winter time he would come and sit behind me while I prayed and he would light a small fire so that I could feel the warmth from it and so that the smoke from it would not bother me. I used to say to him O my son it is night time go to your wife and he would say: ‘O mother I know what you want.’
She continued: ‘If I did not continue saying it to him perhaps he would be there till the morning time!’
