🎏 *Three Ameens – Hadith*
🍁Kaab Ibn Ujrah (radhi Allaahu anhu) relates that Rasulullah (ﷺ) said Come near to the mimbar and we came near the mimbar. When He (ﷺ) climbed the first step of the mimbar, He (ﷺ) said “Aameen”, When He (ﷺ) ascended the second step, He (ﷺ) said “Aameen”, When He (ﷺ) climbed the third step, He (ﷺ) said “Aameen” When He (ﷺ) came down, We said “O Rasool of Allah (ﷺ), we have heard from you today something which we never heard before” He (ﷺ) said When I climbed the first step, the angel Jibraeel (alaihi as-salam) appeared before me and said
💬“Destruction to him who found the blessed month of Ramdhan and let it pass by without gaining forgiveness”
upon that
🗯I said ‘Aameen’. When I climbed the second step, he said,
💬“Destruction to him before whom thy name is taken and then he does not make Dua for Allah’s blessing on me (by saying, for example , Sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam).”
🗯I replied ‘Aameen’. When I climbed the third step, he said
💬“Destruction unto him in whose lifetime his parents or either one of them reaches old age, and (through failure to serve them) he is not allowed to enter Jannah”.
🗯I said ‘Aameen’. (Hakim, Baihaqi)
📚Note In this Hadith, it appears that Jibraeel (alaihi as-salam) gave expression to three curses, upon which Rasulullah (ﷺ) said Aameen every time. In al-Durr al-Mansoor it is reported that Jibraeel (alaihi as-salam) advised Rasulullah (ﷺ) to say Aameen. Being an angel of such high mark, Jibraeel ‘s giving these curses is sure to be accepted. May Allah (Subhanahu wa Taala) in His infinite mercy grant us His help and save us from these three dangers.

➖ The (women) should leave the masjid immediately after the Imaam concludes the prayer. They should not delay except for a valid excuse. This is what the pious predecessors used to do as it is mentioned in the narration of Umm Salamah (bint Abi Umayah) (radiyallahu anhaa):
➖ "The Women during the time of the Prophet (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) used to leave the masjid immediately after the Prophet (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) said the salaam, and the Prophet (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) would remain at his position for a while before leaving."
She said "Allah knows best, but l think the Prophet did that in order to allow time for the women to depart before the men reach them."

ADDING A RAKAH TO THE WITR PRAYER – SHAYKH AL-UTHAYMEEN
Written by Abu Aa'isha Amjad on July 18, 2014. Posted in Articles, Fatawa-Rulings, Islamic Jurisprudence - 'Fiqh', Ramadhan, Salaah - Prayer, Worship - 'Ibaadah'
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
Shaykh Uthaymeen states:
He follows the Imam in the witr and makes it even by adding a rakah, so that he can perform his witr in the last part of the night. Therefore when he follows the Imam and the Imam gives the salaams for the Witr, he stands and performs another rakah and then gives salaams, so he has prayed 2 rakahs, meaning he has not prayed witr. Then when he prays in the last part of the night, he performs his witr after his night prayer. By doing so he has gained the reward of following the imam until he departed, and he has also gained reward for praying witr in the last part of the night, and this is a good action.
So if it is said:
How have you made it permissible for the person praying behind the Imam to oppose him by increasing upon that which his Imam prayed, whilst the Messenger of Allah –sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam- said:
‘’ The imam is appointed to be followed’’ (1)
Our evidence for this is when the messenger of Allah –sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam- prayed with the people of Makkah, in the conquest of Makkah, he prayed two rakah with them and said:
“Oh people of Makkah complete (your prayer) for indeed we are a travelling people.” (2)
So they intended to pray four rakah, whilst the Messenger –sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam- intended two, so when he gave salaams after two, they stood up and completed four. And this is (like) the one who enters the prayer with the Imam in witr but he doesn’t intend witr, he only intends to pray two, so when the imam gives salaams, the person stands and performs a second rakah, and this is a clear deduction and there is no problem with it.
And if it is said “is this not opposing his statement –sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam-
“Whoever stands (and prays) with the Imam untilhe finishes, it will be recorded as if he spent the night in prayer.” (3)
We say no it does not oppose it, because the Prophet- sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam- did not say whoever stands with the Imam then finishes WITH HIM, it will be recorded as if he spent the whole night in prayer. So what is required to attain the reward is praying with the Imam until the Imam finishes, and whoever increases after the Imam has finished, then he has most certainly prayed with him until he finished.

Ramadhaan Fatawa (Islamic Rulings) Part 1 of 4
Islamic Creed:
🌅 *The ruling concerning the menstruating woman’s prayer before sunset* 🌅
🔸Question:
When a woman gets purified of her menses before the time of Al-Maghrib (the sunset) prayer starts: does she pray –after her purification- Adh-Dhuhr and Al-‘Asr prayers or only Al-‘Asr is sufficient. And when she misses Al-‘Asr prayer because of her excuse to take shower: is it incumbent upon her to make up both prayers or only Al-‘Asr is sufficient? May Allah reward you.
🔸Answer:
All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds. Peace and blessing be upon whom Allah sent as a mercy to the Worlds, upon his Family, his Companions and his Brothers until the Day of Resurrection:
When the woman gets purified of her menses before the time of prayer comes to an end, she must perform that prayer. If she gets purified before sunset with an extent of time enough for one prayer only or she catches up with one Rak‘a (a prayer unit), then she must perform Al-‘Asr prayer only according to the hadith of the Prophetصلّى الله عليه وسلّم :
“He who catches up with one prayer unit of Al-‘Asr prayer, indeed he catches up Al-‘Asr” (1),
this is because Adh-Dhuhr prayer was out when she got purified. Consequently, she is charged of no obligation in respect to the fact that Adh-Dhuhr prayer’s time has come to an end with no obligation upon her to perform it. But, if there exists an excuse that hinders her in performing that prayer till its time comes to an end, in this case she ought to make up only the missed prayer (Al-‘Asr).
Whereas, if she gets purified before sunset with enough time to establish both prayers in this case she performs Adh-Dhuhras a precautionary measure and Al-‘Asr as obligatory. Similarly, if she gets purified before sunrise with an extent of time enough for one prayer unit (Rak‘a) in this case she is obliged to perform the dawn prayer (Al-Fajr), this corresponds to the case if she menstruates after the time of a prayer has started, she must make up that prayer after its time is out in a case she did not perform it till she menstruates, according to the Messenger’s saying صلّى الله عليه وسلّم
“He who catches up with one unit of a prayer, he has caught up with the whole prayer”.(2)
The perfect knowledge belongs to Allah عزَّ وجلَّ; and our last prayer is all the praises and thanks are to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and prayers of Allah are to Muhammad and his Family, Companions and Brothers until the Day of Resurrection.

Whether a Woman On Her Menses Should Recite The Qurʾaa During Ramadaann | Shaykh Saalih Al-Fawzaan حفظه الله
The Questioner: The sister who is posing the question Umm Muḥammad says during Ramadaan is it lawful for a woman to read the Qurʾaan while she is on her menses?
Shaykh Saalih Al-Fawzaan: “Reading the Qurʾaan for the one who is menstruating is a matter of differing. And the time is extensive and all praise is due to Allaah so for the woman who has a desire to read the Qurʾaan can read it when she is not menstruating. She has an opportunity and all praise is due to Allaah.
She is not forced to read it while menstruating except in the case where there is a need as in the case of the woman who will be tested in the Qurʾaan and might fail, there is no harm in her reading while menstruating due to the need however she should not [physically] touch the Qurʾaan.
She should either read from her memory or she should wear gloves on her hands and use them to turn the pages of the Qurʾaan or she should use a ruler or a pen to follow the verses or letters without touching it when there is a need to do so. Or she may memorize a portion of the Qurʾaan fearing that she will forget it, then for her there is no harm in her reading while menstruating in order to preserve what she is memorizing.
As for the woman for whom Allaah has granted an ample amount of time, then she should delay her reading of the Qurʾaan until after her menses and until after she has purified herself in an effort to escape the difference of opinion in this issue and all praise is due to Allāh. Yes.”
