adness.’ She said, Do not say that! For I do not know anyone who has suffered from what I have suffered. I had a husband who bought a sacrificial animal and slaughtered it, and we had two sons. The eldest told the one younger than him, ‘Come and I will show you how our father slaughtered the ewe/ So he slaughtered his brother. When we started to look for him, he ran away and my husband died while looking for him/ I said, ‘So how are you handling your sorrow?’ She said, ‘If I could find aid in sorrow I would have employed it.’
Section One: Treating Sorrow, Sadness and Grief
Sorrow, sadness and grief may befalls one due the prevalence of blackness, which should be treated with what will remove this blackness; which are the things that bring about joy. Grief freezes the blood while happiness heats it until its intrinsic heat is raised, both of them (happiness and grief) can harm, and may lead to death, if they are not immediately kept within moderate levels.

If you have no shame, then do what you wish
Abū Mas'ud 'Uqbah Ibn 'Amru al-Ansārī al-Badrī رضي الله عنه reported that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said:
إن مما أدرك الناس من كلام النبوة الأولى : إذا لم تستح فاصنع ما شئت
Among the early prophetic teachings that have reached people is: If you have no shame, then do what you wish.
[Reported by al-Bukhārī in his Sahīh]
al-Hāfidh Ibn Rajab al-Hanbalī رحمه الله commented on this hadīth explaining that it is understood in two ways:
Firstly, that it is a command of threat and warning, meaning if you have no shame then do as you wish, for Allāh will repay you accordingly.
Secondly, that it is a command of denoscription/information, meaning that whoever does not have shame will do as he wishes, for it is shame/modesty that prevents evil actions.

THE PROHIBITION OF HOLDING GRUDGES.
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰعنه that the Messenger of ALLAH صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ said:
"The gates of Paradise are opened on Mondays and thursdays, and every slave(of ALLAH (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى)) who does not associate anything with ALLAH (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى) is forgiven, except a man between whom and his brother there is some grudge. It is said: 'Wait for these two until they reconcile, wait for these two until they reconcile, wait for these two until they reconcile."

Old Dress
The Prophet ﷺ said: “Whosoever puts on a new dress and has means, should give away his old dress to the poor.” [Tirmidhi]
The Prophet ﷺ guided us in all matters of life. A Muslim’s wardrobe is limited because they care about their fellow human beings, for the sake of Allah’s happiness. So when they get a new dress they should give away one of their old dresses to the poor. This is a way of recycling usable material and also taking care of the needs of the needy.
As with all deeds, the intention should be to seek the pleasure of Allah (سبحانه و تعالى) rather than humanitarianism, taking care of the environment, or any other motive. Allah’s laws and recommendations already take care of people, their environment and, in fact, all creatures. It is our Maker and Cherisher we should seek to please.
When oil riggs are set up, the trillions spent are not for the useful by-product we call Vaseline. It is oil for which the expenditure is incurred and petroleum jelly is just a useful by-product. So also, when we follow Allah’s laws and recommendations, the thing of real value is Allah’s Pleasure, while the resulting benefits to humans and other creatures is the useful by-product.

Shaykh Ṣālih Al-Fawzān (hafidahullāh):
From the Way of Allāh – The Glorified, The Most High – with his creation, is that he trials and tests them. He does not leave them without trials and tribulation, for if he was to leave mankind without trialling them, then the believer would not be distinguished from the hypocrite and the truthful would not become clear from the liar.

Over 1400 years ago, when a child was born, the messenger (salAllahu alayhi wa sallam) made it his sunnah to take a small part of a date and place it in his mouth. He would then chew it until it was soft and then he would rub it onto the palate of the new born baby. This is called the tahneek.
Aaishah (ra) reports, "new-born children used to be brought to the Messenger of Allah and he would supplicate for blessings for them, and rub a chewed date upon their palate." (Muslim)
Today, over 1400 years later - the BBC News has reported that "experts" have said - "A dose of sugar given as a gel rubbed into the inside of the cheek is a cheap and effective way to protect premature babies against brain damage"
This is why we as Muslims follow the sunnah of the messenger without questioning it. It is revelation from Allah. Everything that the messenger (salAllahu alayhi wa sallam) did is the best. So don't wait until science catches up, because Islam is the forefront of development.
The things we do according to the sunnah (such as fasting Mondays and Thursdays) are only just being recognised as "scientific breakthroughs" - well here's a newsflash for all the science geeks - we got there first.

❓How the "jilbab" mentioned in the Quran should be worn:-
Abdullah Ibn Mas'ud (Radhiallaahu Ánhu) was known as the most knowledgeable Sahabi in matters of Shariah. He became Muslim when he was a young kid and ever since that, he stayed with Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Álayhi Wasallam) and gained the understanding of Quran from him.
Umar Ibn Khattab (Radhiallaahu Ánhu) said about him "By Allah, I don't know of any person who is more qualified in the matters dealing with the Quran than Abdullah Ibn Mas'ud".
He explained that the word Jilbaab (as mentioned in the Quran Surah Ahzaab ayah # 59 ) means a cloak which covers the entire body including the head, face and hands. (Quoted from Ibn Taymiyyah (Rahimahullah) in his book on fatwaas Page# 110 Vol # 2 and By Shaikh Ibn Uthamin in the book Hijaab Page # 15)
