Ibn ‘Uthaymeen رحمه الله said:

One should not say “in shaa’ Allaah” when making du’aa.

[Majmoo’ al-Fataawaa Wa ar-Rasaa’il, (3/126) | Translated By Abū Ruqayyah 'Abd us-Samad]
Ibn Abbas reported: I was riding with the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and he said,

“Know that there is much good in patience with what you dislike, that support will come with patience, relief will come with affliction, and hardship will come with ease.”

Who Preceded You?

Imaam Ahmad [رحمه الله] said:

❝Beware that you speak about an issue in which there is no Imaam for you.❞

Also would like to add for a grieving heart or illness try eating Talbina for breakfast. It is a sunnah and following the sunnah in itself is the biggest blessing, Insha'allah.

Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated, "If any of the Messenger's (Sallallaahu Álayhi Wasallam) family became ill, the Messenger (Sallallaahu Álayhi Wasallam) would say, 'It soothes the grieving heart and cleanses the ailing heart just as one of you cleans dirt off his face with water.' " [Saheeh Sunan Ibn Maajah (3445), hadeeth hasan].

Barley, honey, and milk are all foods of the sunnah and hold their own healing properties. Talbina combines all three ingredients together to create a super food! It lowers cholesterol and strengthens the heart; protects from cancer, alzheimer, and depression; controls blood sugar levels, Type 2 Diabetes, mellitus and hypertension, all without side effects. Try getting that with modern medicine!
Ingredients:
1. 100% whole grain barley flour or grind pearled barley beforehand to a flour like consistency
2. Milk
3. Honey
STEP 1. Pour 1-2 tablespoons of barley flour into 1-2 cups of milk
STEP 2. Stir on low heat for about 10-15 minutes or until a porridge-like consistency is reached.
STEP 3. Sweeten with honey to your liking.
Hadeeth: "Allaah may help this Deen even with a wicked person"

What people fail to understand is that the person might be a source of benefit for thousands of others but not for himself:

Narrated Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه: We were in the company of Allaah’s Messenger ﷺ in a Ghazwa, and he remarked about a man who claimed to be a Muslim, saying: ❝This (man) is from the people of the (Hell) Fire.❞

When the battle started, the man fought violently till he got wounded. Somebody said: O Allaah’s Messenger ﷺ! The man whom you described as being from the people of the (Hell) Fire fought bravely today and died.

The Prophet ﷺ said: ❝He will go to the (Hell) Fire.❞

Some people were on the point of doubting (the truth of what the Prophet had said). While they were in this state, suddenly someone said that he was still alive but severely wounded. When night fell, he lost patience and committed suicide (in one narration it is: he put his hand into his quiver and took out some arrows, with which he killed himself). The Prophet ﷺ was informed of that.

And he ﷺ said: ❝Allaah is the Greatest! I testify that I am Allaah’s Slave and His Apostle.❞ Then he ordered Bilal to announce amongst the people: ❝None will enter Paradise but a Muslim, AND ALLAAH MAY SUPPORT THIS RELIGION (i.e. ISLAAM) EVEN WITH A WICKED (DISOBEDIENT) MAN.❞

LOVE OF PRAISE IS A TRIAL – SHAYKH RABEE IBN HAADI AL-MADKHALEE (HAFIDAHULLAH)⚘

Shaykh Rabee ibn Haadi Al-Madkhalee (hafidahullah):

“Love of commendation is a trial oh brothers, love of commendation is a trial, loving the praise of the people will lead you to riyaa (showing off) and to ruin and destruction.”

TAKING ONESELF TO ACCOUNT REGARDING LOVE OF PRAISE AND SELF-AMAZEMENT!
💮💮💮💮💮
Imaam Sufyaan Ath’Thawree (rahimahullaah) said: Beware of what corrupts your deeds, for indeed Riyaa is what corrupts your deeds. And if it is not Riyaa, then it may be you being amazed with yourself until it makes you think that you are more virtuous than your brother. It may be that you have not achieved deeds the likes of which he has achieved, and it may be that he has more Wara [apprehensive fear(Ref:1)] and righteous deeds than you.

And if it is not self-amazement, then beware of loving the praise of the people-loving their praise so that they may honour you due to your deeds and see you as someone of nobility and high status in their hearts. Remembering death a lot is enough to make you have less concern for the things of the worldly life and make you have a fervent desire for the afterlife. A prolonged hope (for the things of this worldly life) is enough as a (means) to having little fear of (Allaah) and committing acts of disobedience, and the distress and regret on the Day of Judgment is enough for the one who knows but does not act. The Average Lifespan Of Muslims

قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : أعمار أمتي ما بين الستين إلى السبعين و أقلهم من يجوز ذلك

The Messenger of Allāh Ṣallallāhu-'Alaihi Wa Sallam said:

“The lifespan of my Ummah is between sixty and seventy (years), and a FEW of them go beyond that (age).”

Yahya bin Jafar [رحمه الله] said:

«لو قدرت أن أزيد في عمر محمد بن إسماعيل-أي البخاري-من عمري لفعلت،فإن موتي يكون موت رجل واحد،وموته ذهاب العلم»

❝If I had the capability to increase the age of Muhammad bin Ismaeel -i.e. al-Bukhari- taken from my age I would have done so, since indeed my death is the death of one man, but his death was the going away of knowledge.❞

💎 Benefit: The Dunyaa is like a Prison…

It is mentioned that when al-Hafidh Ibn Hajr was the chief justice (of Egypt), one day he was passing through the market with a caravan, looking well groomed. So a Jew who was selling hot oil, looking very disheveled and dirty because of the oil, accosted him by grabbing the reins of his mule saying,

“Yaa Shaykhul-Islaam, you claim that your prophet said that the dunyaa is a prison for the mu’min and a jannah for the kaafir; so what type of prison are you in and what type of jannah am I in?“

He (Ibn Hajr) replied,

“Regarding what Allaah has prepared for me in the hereafter from its bliss, then it is as if I am in prison, and with regards to what Allaah has prepared for you in the hereafter from its punishment, then it is as if you are in jannah.”

At which point the Jew became a Muslim.

📍Ruling on a woman driving a Car :

Questioner: Is it permissible for a woman to drive a car?

Answer:

If it is permissible for her to ride upon a (female) donkey then it is permissible for her to drive a car.

Questioner:

But there is a difference between a donkey and a car.

Sh Al-Albaanee:

Which is more concealing – riding upon a donkey or in a car? I would suggest (riding in) a car.
