Ibn Rajab رحمه الله mentions the classical Arab Doctors used to say:

Diet is the foundation of medicine and the stomach is the foundation of illness.

|| Correcting Your Intention When Criticising, By Ibn Rajab ||
Ibn Rajab said:
“As for the inner affairs, then if one’s intention in doing that (criticism) is to just clarify the truth so that the people will not be deceived by the saying of someone who erred in his opinions, then there is no doubt that this individual will be rewarded for his intention. And by doing this with this intention, he falls into the category of being from those who show sincerity to Allaah, His Messenger, the leaders of the Muslims and their common folk…
But if the intention of the one refuting is to expose the faults of the one being refuted and to debase him and manifest his ignorance and shortness of knowledge, then this is forbidden whether the refutation is done in the presence of the one being refuted or in his absence, or whether it is done during that person’s lifetime or after his death.
This type of action falls under the acts which Allaah condemns in His book and which he threatens the one who does it, concerning his slander and backbiting.
It also falls into the statement of the Prophet (Sallallahu alayhi wa sallam):
‘O you group of people that believe with your tongues but not with your hearts! Do not abuse the Muslims nor seek after their faults, for indeed, he who seeks after their faults, Allaah will seek after his faults. And whoever has Allaah seek after his faults, he will expose them, even if he may have committed them in privacy of his own home.‘
All of this talk is with respect to the scholars that are followed in the religion.
As for the people of innovation and misguidance and those who imitate the scholars but are not from them, then it is permissible to expose their ignorance and manifest their deficiencies, in order to warn others against following them.”

But the last of this Ummah will find the Qur`ân light [and easy] – the child and the non-Arab will recite it, without possessing any knowledge about it.”Al-Harawî, Dhamm Al-Kalâm wa Ahlihî Vol. 5 p144.

**YOUNG INEXPERIENCED/UNQUALIFIED YOUTH GIVING DAWAH ON YOUTUBE/SOCIAL MEDIA (while delving into BIG affairs)
Its very unfortunate to see in 2016, a lot of young people have been getting on social media giving dawah and stepping BEYOND their lane. Nothing wrong with giving dawah on social media. The pressing issue at hand is youth who are stepping beyond their lane & devling into affairs they are NOT qualified to speak about.
💭Had they focused on memorizing the Quran/learning arabic well/sought beneficial knowledge upon the way of the salaf salih & gave dawah (while staying in their lanes) with wisdom (weighing benefits & harms) many of that which we see today of corruption would not have happened.
It is upon the young man to give dawah to that _which he is qualified to speak about_ & busy himself in learning the religion as a priority. If you one wants to delve into the BIG issues which you are not qualified to speak about, *then it is upon you to focus on seeking knowledge & attend the classes of the senior scholars of our time*. This will in turn allow you to mature in both experience & knowledge, thus making you a KEY in the dawah.
Many of the youth giving dawah on social media nowadays are inexperienced and lack knowledge. *Also, it is upon them to seek counsel of the senior students of knowledge & senior scholars (upon the way of the salafus salih - pious predecessors) before setting out in doing this or that*. For many a times, they see that which you don't see due to your lack of experience, emotional being and lack of knowledge.
Look at this hadith below, it mentions exactly what we just mentioned above.
The Prophet (salAllaahu alayhi wa sallam) said,
_"There shall come upon people years of deceit in which the liar will be believed, the truthful one disbelieved, the treacherous will be trusted, the trustworthy deemed treacherous; and the Ruwaybidah will speak out.’_
It was asked: Who are the *Ruwaybidah*?
To which the Prophet (salAllaahu alayhi wa sallam), replied:
*‘The lowly, contemptible one who will speak out about public affairs'*."
~ [Ibn Maajah, no.4036; al-Haakim, Mustadrak, 4:465, who said: ‘Its chain is sahih)
In Arabic grammar, the word Ruwaybidah is the diminutive ( _tasgheer_/belittling) of the word Rabidah which itself means ( _“lowly”, “good for nothing”, “worthless”_), so the Ruwaybidah are lower than worthless: they are utterly worthless.
These are people who are incapable of rising up to distinction, lack integrity and, above all, possess little more than a glimmer of religious knowledge. In spite of this, they feel to speak out about socio-political affairs beyond their grasp and experience. They feel to offer fatwas and act as social commentators, based upon their whims and ignorance. They presume to be "sincere advisors" to the Ummah, while being infantile in their understanding. And those who speak from ignorance will, and are, doing more harm than good.
Sadly, the Ruwaybidah are contagious; like rabies, they have infected a significant part of the Ummah. And social media continues to be a perfect platform for their madness and ignorance to spread... what's more pathetic is that our youth actually respond to such individuals and think they are speaking "haqq".
Commitment to taqwa, and a return to knowledge and its people, is the only immunization we have against the Ruwaybidah rabies.
May Allaah (subhaanahu wa ta'aala) protect us and guide us to that which pleases Him.
قال الإمام محمد بن سيرين:
The Imaam Muhammad bin Sireen said:
*«إِنَّ هَذَا العِلْمَ دِيْنٌ؛ فَانْظُرُواْ عَمَّنْ تَأخُذُوْنَ دِيْنَكُمْ».*
*“Indeed this knowledge is the religion*,
so
*_be careful with regards to the one whom you take your religion from_”*
(أخرجه مسلم في مقدمة صحيحه).
Imaam Muslim collected it in the introduction to his Saheeh

Taking the Good and Leaving the Bad is a Correct Methodology - Explained by Moosaa Richardson
To all of you who are bogged down with trials in your life ..know this :
1. Trials are not a sign of Allaah's displeasure, rather they are a sign of His love for you. Indeed there is an expiation in every prick of a thorn for a believer.
2. Those who seem to have it all smooth in their lives don't have it as smooth as it appears.
Every person is fighting his/ her own battles, we just assume that they have it easy.
3. None of your trials are permanent and what follows after the trial is pure mercy and ease. Allah says " After every hardship there is ease (twice). The mufassireen say based on linguistics that a single hardship is followed by two eases.
4. Those who are experiencing pure bliss in this world need to reflect on the hadeeth " The world is a paradise for the disbeliever and a prison for the believer".
5. For the believer who has been granted good in this world, it is to test his sense of gratitude and for the believer who has been tested it is to test his patience.
May Allaah make us of those who are patient when tested, grateful when given and repentant when we sin.

🔹date = تمر = tamr
compressed date = عجوة = a'ajwah🔹⬇⬇⬇
🔹Ajwah is one of the excellent varieties of dates grown in the Madinah region.
In Surah Maryam of the Holy Qur’an, Allah provided Prophet Isa’s (peace be upon him) mother Maryam (peace be upon her) with fresh dates when she was experiencing discomfort and pain during the final stages of her pregnancy.
“Shake the trunk of the palm toward you and fresh, ripe dates will drop down onto you.” (Surah Maryam: verse 25)🔹
🔹It was reported by Abu Naaim, Abu Daoud, Al Hakem, Al Imam Al Tirmithi and mentioned in The book of Al Imam Al Thahabi “The Prophetic Medicine” that the Prophet (PBUH) said: “ The one who eats 7 dates in the morning will be protected that day from poison and envy”🔹
🔹Dates are rich in vitamins and minerals including calcium, iron, potassium, phosphorous, manganese, copper, and magnesium. Some of these are found in our plasma and are advantageous for our health
🔹Dates have high sugar content which will give you energy very quickly after consumption
🔹Dates have huge benefits during pregnancy and due to their high energy and iron source, which aids mothers during the weakening of their bodies and loss of blood during birth
🔹Dates are said to help in the cure of intestinal disorders. They help the friendly bacteria in our intestines keep any abnormal activity in check
🔹Dates are considered laxatives, and so will help with constipation
🔹They have been reported to keep our hearts healthy
Studies suggest that dates are beneficial against abdominal cancer
🔹I hope you are all in the best of health InshAllah🔹⚘
DRIED DATES
⬇️⬇️⬇️
🔹The Prophet ﷺ Said:
``The people of a house where there are no dates are hungry." Also, the prophet ﷺ ate dried dates with butter, with bread and alone.🔹 Tamr is hot in the second degree and either wet or dry in the second degree.🔹
🔹Dried dates strengthen the liver, relax the bowels, increase semen production, especially when taken with pine and relieve soar throat. As for those who are not used to eating dried dates, such as the residents of cold areas, dried dates cause them clogs, harm the teeth and cause headaches, unless they are eaten with almonds and poppy.🔹
🔹Dried dates are among the most nutritious fruits, their essence is hot and wet. Also, when one eats dates in the beginning of the day, they help kill worms. Although dried dates are hot, yet they have the strength of an antidote against worms, killing or at least decreasing their numbers, Dried dates are a fruit, a type of food, a cure, a drink and a sweet.
