“Shake the trunk of the palm toward you and fresh, ripe dates will drop down onto you.” (Surah Maryam: verse 25)🔹
🔹It was reported by Abu Naaim, Abu Daoud, Al Hakem, Al Imam Al Tirmithi and mentioned in The book of Al Imam Al Thahabi “The Prophetic Medicine” that the Prophet (PBUH) said: “ The one who eats 7 dates in the morning will be protected that day from poison and envy”🔹
🔹Dates are rich in vitamins and minerals including calcium, iron, potassium, phosphorous, manganese, copper, and magnesium. Some of these are found in our plasma and are advantageous for our health
🔹Dates have high sugar content which will give you energy very quickly after consumption
🔹Dates have huge benefits during pregnancy and due to their high energy and iron source, which aids mothers during the weakening of their bodies and loss of blood during birth
🔹Dates are said to help in the cure of intestinal disorders. They help the friendly bacteria in our intestines keep any abnormal activity in check
🔹Dates are considered laxatives, and so will help with constipation
🔹They have been reported to keep our hearts healthy
Studies suggest that dates are beneficial against abdominal cancer

``The people of a house where there are no dates are hungry." Also, the prophet ﷺ ate dried dates with butter, with bread and alone.🔹 Tamr is hot in the second degree and either wet or dry in the second degree.🔹
🔹Dried dates strengthen the liver, relax the bowels, increase semen production, especially when taken with pine and relieve soar throat. As for those who are not used to eating dried dates, such as the residents of cold areas, dried dates cause them clogs, harm the teeth and cause headaches, unless they are eaten with almonds and poppy.🔹
🔹Dried dates are among the most nutritious fruits, their essence is hot and wet. Also, when one eats dates in the beginning of the day, they help kill worms. Although dried dates are hot, yet they have the strength of an antidote against worms, killing or at least decreasing their numbers, Dried dates are a fruit, a type of food, a cure, a drink and a sweet.

It is strictly prohibited to celebrate or part take in their festival or to even attend for a few minutes just to "show your face".
Allah the mighty and majestic says in the Qur'an what translates to mean:
" Say: (O Muhammad Salallahu Alaihi Wassallam) to these Al- Kafirun.
I Worship not that which you worship, Nor will you worship that which I worship And I shall not worship that which you are worshipping. Nor will you worship that which I worship. TO YOU BE YOUR RELIGION AND TO ME MY RELIGION"

Surah 109.
The words of Allah are crystal clear and it is sufficient for the true believer, only one evidence the true believer needs and then the true believer says:
"...We hear and and we obey..."
SURAH BAQARAH, verse 285
O Muslim hold on to your religion and be firm upon it because if we as Muslims do not stand firm for our Islam which we claim that we love so much, then who will stand firm for Islam?
Allah says in the Qur'an: " There is no compulsion in religion. Verily, the right path has become distinct from the wrong path. Whoever disbelieves in false deities and believes in Allah, then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold that will never break. And Allah is the All-Hearer, All-Knower."
SURAH BAQARAH, verse 256
The words of Allah the All-Mighty is true. We are forbidden to go to these festivals that has nothing to do with Islam, Allah says in the Qur'an:
"...Help you one another in virtue, righteousness and piety but do not help one another in sin and transgression. And fear Allah Verily, ALLAH IS SEVERE IN PUNISHMENT."
O Muslim, find an excuse not to go to these things which goes totally opposite to what Allah has commanded us with, come up with some excuse and excuse yourself from this celebration of shirk because Allah is severe in punishment, do not be from among those that reject the words of Allah.
I ask Allah to help us all understand tawheed and to keep us far away from shirk and its celebrations. 🌸Aameen🌸

A common feature among them all, they blindly follow their scholars to the point that when it comes to innovation, they don't care where it came from or who started it. They have no desire to find the truth, no interest, their approach is that everyone is doing it so it's fine even if it clearly goes against the Qur'an, Sunnah and the way of the first three generations.
While in the grave, the hypocrite will say: ‘I heard the people saying something so I said something like what they said. I do not know.’ They (angels) say: ‘We knew that you would say that.’ Then it is said to the earth: ‘Squeeze him.’ So it squeezes him until his ribs interlock, and he will continue to be tormented therein until Allah raises him from that resting-place of his.”

The Heart ; what destroys it and what cleans it...
Ibn al-Qayyim ﺭﺣﻤﺔ ﺃﻟﻠﻪ - said :
“There is no doubt that the heart becomes covered with rust, just as metal dishes – silver, and their like – become rusty. So the rust of the heart is polished with dhikr, for dhikr polishes the heart until it becomes like a shiny mirror.
However, when dhikr is abandoned, the rust returns; and when it commences then the heart again begins to be cleansed. Thus the heart becoming rusty is due to two matters: (1) sins and (2) neglecting remembrance of Allaah. Likewise, it is cleansed and polished by two things : (1) istighfaar and (2) dhikr.”

Abu ʿAbdillah Muhammad ibn Idris ash-Shafi’ee 204 AH [May Allah have mercy on him] said,
ما فسد النَّاس إلا لما تركوا لسان العرب، واتبعوا لسان أرسطو
“People did not become corrupt [or deviated] except after their abandonment of the Arabic language and their inclination to the language of Aristotle!”

Imam al-Bukhari's mother used to worship and make Dua' a lot. Allaah honoured her and her son remarkably.
Her son Muhammad [Bukhari] lost his eye sight when he was young and his mother saw Ibraheem al-Khaleel (the Prophet) in a dream and he said to her:
"O you, indeed Allaah has returned the eyesight of your son due to your supplicating a lot.’
In the morning Allaah had returned his eyesight."
