🌅 *THE VIRTUE OF THE EARLY MORNING AND ITS BLESSING*

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

The Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said: “O Allah, bless my people in their early mornings.” When he sent out a detachment or an army, he sent them at the beginning of the day. Sakhr was a merchant, and he would send off his merchandise at the beginning of the day; and he became rich and had much wealth.

[Sunan Abu Dawud Hadith Number 2606. Declared authentic by Imaam Albaani (rahimahullaah) in his checking of Sunan abu Dawud]

Few Points of Benefit Related to the Above Hadeeth

This shows the importance of this time period and the greatness of the blessings and goodness with it…

The Salaf used to dislike sleeping during this time, in order not to waste it in laziness and weakness…

Ibnul Qayyim (rahimahullaah) said that the Salaf disliked sleeping between after Fajr prayer and Sunrise because it is a time in which great benefit is obtained. And even when they stayed up late at night (i.e. in worship), they still stayed up until after sunrise, for indeed it is the early part of the day and its beginning time, the time in which provision descends, the time in which one receives his portion of provision and the time in which blessings are obtained…. Shaikh Muhammad Bāzmool (may Allāh preserve him) stated :

They (i.e. the scholars) say, “Shaytān calls the son of Adam and the first thing he calls him to is shirk;

👉if he (i.e. the person) does not answer his (i.e. shaytaan’s) call, he calls him to bid'ah;

👉if he does not answer his call, he calls him to commit major sins;

👉if he does not answer his call, he calls him to commit minor sins;

👉if he does not answer his call, he calls him to commit the (deeds that are not forbidden but they are) disliked;

👉if he does not answer him, he calls him to abandon the recommended deeds;

👉if he does not answer his call, he calls him to increase in (partaking) in the permissible (things of the worldly life)."

One who guides to something good has a reward similar to that of its doer”

Jazakallahu khairan, how to say.
Imām Ibn Al-Qayyim (رحمه الله) said in Tahdhīb al-Madārij (2/687):

❝Whoever wrongs you and then comes in order to apologise, then you should accept his apology out of humbleness and leave his intention up to Allāh, the Exalted.❞

KUN-YAA

A kunya is a term consisting of a term preceded by the word Abu or Umm.

Often the name used is the bearers eldest child, but not necessarily so.

It is recommended for a Muslim to have a kunya even without having offspring:

Aishah reported that she once said to the Prophet,

“O Allah’s Messenger, why do you not give me a kunya. He replied, ‘Take a kunya after your sister’s son Abdullah. So you are Umm Abdullah.’”

It is a mark of respect to address an individual by his/her kunya.

It is not permissible to bear the Prophet’s kunya, Abul-Qasim:

Abu Hurayrah and Anas reported that the Prophet said,

“Use my name but do not use my kunya.”

Recorded by Ahmad, Abu Dawud and others. Verified to be authentic by al-Albani ( as-Sahihah no. 132, and Sahih ul-Adab il-Mufrad no. 850, 851).

🔹Have some Shame 🔹

🎓Shaykh Muhammad Ibn Sālih Al-Uthaymīn, may Allāh have mercy upon him, said:

A person seeking forgiveness from Allāh comprises two things:

1- Covering, such that none sees (the sin) except Allāh, the Mighty and Majestic.

2- Pardoning and overlooking, so that this will be a source of protection for him.

This is evidence that it is innate within man to love the covering of Allāh upon him. The Prophet ـﷺـ said: "All of my Ummah will be pardoned except those who commit sins openly." And he who commits sins openly is he who does a sin then in the morning he speaks about it to the people.

The arrogant is like someone standing on top of a mountain, looking down and seeing every one small. Yet, he doesn’t know that those looking up also see him small.

From Ubadah bin Saamitt رضي الله عنه who said I heard the Messenger of Allaah - صلى الله عليه و سلم - saying:

❝There is no person who is afflicted with a wound on his body, and he gives charity due to that, then Allaah expiates from him the like of what he gave in charity.❞

🗝 [Collected by Ahmad & Albaani declared it to have an authentic Isnaad in Saheehah No. 2273].

From Abu Umamah - رضي الله عنه - who said: the Messenger of Allaah - صلى الله عليه و سلم - said:

❝Treat your sick by giving Sadaqah (charity).❞

🗝 [Collected in Saheeh al-Jamia’ No. 3358 & declared Hasan by Albaani].
