💠The root cause for the increase in atheism among the Muslims is because many do not know who they are worshiping (Tawheed al-Ruboobiyah and Tawheed al-Asmaa was-Sifaat), or little do they realize Allaah's rights over His creation (Tawheed al-Uloohiyah).
🌟The Messenger of Allaah ﷺ led the Fajr prayer at Al-Hudaibiyyah after a rainfall during the night. At the conclusion of prayer, he turned towards the people and said: "Do you know what your Rubb has said?" They replied: 'Allaah and His Messenger know better.' Upon this he ﷺ remarked: "He (تعالى) has said: {Some of My slaves have entered the morning as My believers and some as unbelievers. He who said: 'We have had a rainfall due to the Grace and Mercy of Allaah', believes in Me and disbelieves in the stars; and he who said: 'We have had a rainfall due to the rising of such and such star', disbelieves in Me and affirms his faith in the stars.}"

💠The root cause for the increase of the ideology of "Wahdatul-Adyaan" (unity of all religions) is because many do not know the importance of al-Walaa wal-Baraa (loving for the sake of Allaah and hating for the sake of Allaah), and the dangers of taking the Kuffaar as their intimate friends.
🌟{And (remember) the Day when the Dhaalim (wrong-doer) will bite at his hands, he will say: “Oh! Would that I had taken a path with the Messenger (Muhammad ﷺ)! Ah! Woe to me! WOULD THAT I HAD NEVER TAKEN SO-AND-SO AS A FRIEND! He indeed led me astray from the Reminder (this Qur’aan) after it had come to me.} [Surah al-Furqaan (25): 27-29]
🌟The Prophet ﷺ said: “A man follows the religion of his friend; so each one should consider whom he makes his friend.”
[Sunan Abu Dawood (4833) and Sunan al-Tirmidhee (2378) and graded as “Hasan” by Shaikh al-Albaanee]
📑 Note: Allaah has permitted us to be good to the Kuffaar, give them gifts, be kind to them as long as they do not openly show their enmity towards Islaam and Muslims. {Allaah does not forbid you to deal justly and kindly with those who did not fight against you on account of religion and did not drive you out of your homes. Verily, Allaah loves those who deal with equity.} [Surah al-Mumtahanah (60): 8]

Wahab said : ' A man devoted himself on the worship of Allaah for 50 years, so Allaah favoured him: ' I have forgiven you.'
The man said: ' My Lord, what did you forgive ? I never committed a sin.' Allaah caused a pain in his neck, as a result of which he was unable to sleep or pray. Then it stopped, and he was able to sleep. After that an angel visited him and the man complained about the suffering he went through in the pain of his neck. The Angel said:' Your Lord says: "Your worship of 50 years is equal to the relief of the pain in your neck"'.

Living the Dream
It is reported that Yūnus b. ‘Ubayd (d. 139H) – Allāh have mercy on him – said:
I only liken the worldly life (dunyā) to a man who, whilst sleeping, sees in his dream things he likes and things he does not like. Then he wakes up (the world ends and the next life starts).

Chapter: One should appeal to Allah with determination.
Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "None of you should say: 'O Allah, forgive me if You wish; O Allah, be merciful to me if You wish,' but he should always appeal to Allah with determination, for nobody can force Allah to do something against His Will."

*Money will not Buy You Happiness | Shaykh bin Baaz -may Allah have mercy upon him-*
Questioner: The questioner seeks an explanation to the noble verse in Soorah Taha
"But whosoever turns away from My remembrance verily, for him is a life of hardship, and We shall raise him up blind on the Day of Resurrection." He will say: "O my Lord! Why have you raised me up blind, while I had sight (before)." [Allah] will say, "Thus did Our signs come to you, and you forgot them; and thus will you this Day be forgotten.”
[Soorah Taha 20:124-126]
Does this verse apply to every person who is heedless of the remembrance of Allah?
Shaykh bin Baaz:
This is a severe threat to the person who turns away from the remembrance of Allah and turns away from His obedience, thus he does not give Allah His rights. This is his recompense. He will have a restricted difficult life, even if he has a great deal of wealth and riches. His life will be made difficult due to the distress, pain, and hardship that befalls his heart. Thus his great wealth will not benefit him. He will be in distress and hardship due to his turning away from the remembrance of Allah and His obedience. Then he will be resurrected on the Day of Judgement blind.
The intent is this applies to the person who turns away from the obedience of Allah the Exalted, and His rights. He does not give concern to the commands of Allah, rather he commits actions which He has prohibited, and leaves off obeying Him. This is his recompense. We ask Allah for safety and security.
