Being Kind Towards Children Is A Sign Of Mercy In One's Heart
From ‘Ā`ishah Raḍi-Allāhu ‘Anhā who said: Some people from amongst Bedouins came to the Prophet Ṣallallāhu-'Alaihi Wa Sallam, one of their men said to him: “O Messenger of Allāh, do you kiss children?? By Allāh, we do not kiss them!!”
The Messenger of Allāh Ṣallallāhu-'Alaihi Wa Sallam replied: “Can I put mercy in your heart after Allāh has removed it??”

Shamsuddīn Muhammad bin Abī Bakr Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah [D.751 A.H.] [رحمه الله] said:
❝There is no doubt that the heart becomes rusty just like brass and silver and other things become rusty, and it becomes bright and illuminated with Dhikr. It becomes so bright until it is a shiny mirror, therefore if the heart is left then it becomes rusty and if it remembers Allāh it becomes illuminated.
The heart becomes rusty due to two matters: due to negligence and sins, and it becomes illuminated with two things: with seeking forgiveness and Dhikr.❞
[al-Wābil as-Sayyib by Imām Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah, (Page: 56) | Translated by 'Abbās Abu Yahya, Mirāth al-Anbiyya]
On the authority of 'Abdullāh bin ‘Amroo bin Aas in a narration ascribed to the Prophet [ﷺ]:
❝Be merciful, and you will have mercy upon you. Forgive and Allāh will forgive you. Woe be to the one who listens like a funnel [does not act upon what he’s told nor cares]. Woe be to those who are openly sinful, and they openly sin even though they know what they have done is wrong.❞

O YOU IN LOVE WITH THIS WORLDLY LIFE!
"Your value is only that of what you love; if your endeavors were truly high, you would have taken no notice of this worldly life! O you who claim to have achieved the status of a devoted friend [khaleel], do not claim what you are not, because you always favour even the least of your desires over your Lord."

‼️ “O’ Talib al-‘Ilm! 🦋
💎 (Student of knowledge) Know, that courage is an enormous obligation upon those who learn knowledge - so be courageous, and speak out with the truth, and do not compromise with anyone.
‼️ And know - may Allah protect you from evil - that merely concealing the truth, and being silent about it: this is something which Allah has not only warned with threats of Divine Punishment; rather, He has cursed them - and there is no might, nor power, except with the permission of Allah.
‼️ So if this is the case (regarding those who merely conceal the truth, by being silent), then what about those who actually speak for falsehood?”
