Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said,
❝Whoever has oppressed another person concerning his reputation or anything else, he should beg him to forgive him before the Day of Resurrection when there will be no money (to compensate for wrong deeds), but if he has good deeds, those good deeds will be taken from him according to his oppression which he has done, and if he has no good deeds, the sins of the oppressed person will be loaded on him.❞

ibnul-Qayyim ( rahimahullah ) said,
“The shirk of the worshiper of the idols, the statues, the sun, the moon, and the stars, is much better than the ‘tawhid’ of those (i.e., Jahmiyyah). Certainly, their (i.e., the idol worshiper, etc.) shirk is in ilahiyyah while affirming the Creator, His attributes, actions, ability, will, and His knowledge of all things, and the ‘tawhid’ of those (i.e.,
Jahmiyyah) is in denying His rububiyyah , ilahiyyah , and all His attributes. Thus this shirk is the worse type, and the more a person increases in ta’til , the worse his shirk becomes.”

In this book, Dr. Muhammad Ibn Abd ar-Rahman al-'Arifi has selected material from the huge corpus of Ibn Taymiyyah's work and made it accessible to the ordinary reader so that he may learn about the thought of this great scholar of Islam.
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah is one of the greatest scholars and reformers in Islamic history, who emerged at time of great turmoil and confusion to call the Muslims to return to the path of the Quran and Sunnah, the path of the Prophet (S) and the early generations of this ummah (Salaf).
Ibn Taymiyyah wrote many books, often under the most difficult of circumstances, that describe the path of the salaf and discuss the arguments of Muslim philosophers and of the Baatini and Raafidi groups, pointing out the flaws therein. His thoughts and arguments are still relevant today, at a time that is in many ways similar to his own era. The ummah is in turmoil, faced with decline and confusion, seeking a way out and beginning to realize, after trying so many isms and ideologies, and after being exposed to Raafidi propaganda and corrupt ideas, that the only way to escape this situation is to go back to the path of the Salaf, the path of the Prophet (ﷺ) and the Sahabah.

DO NOT ADD A MISFORTUNE TO AN ALREADY EXISTING MISFORTUNE ...
“The best of cures for sadness is to know that one cannot bring back what he has missed, and that by being sad, one is just adding a misfortune to an already existing misfortune, thus making it two misfortunes.”

The Danger of Interpreting the Qur'an with One's Opinion📚📑
Shaykh Al-Islām Ibn Taymiyah said: He who speaks regarding the Qur'an with his opinion then he has brought upon himself that which he doesn't perceive and embarked upon that which he has not been commanded with. So even if he is correct regarding the affair he has still erred. Because he has not approached the affair through its proper door. Similar to one who judges between people based upon ignorance; he will be in the fire, even if his ruling corresponds with that which is correct.
Majmū' Al-Fatāwā 13/371
Abū Bakr, may Allāh be pleased with him, said: What earth can hide me and what sky can cover me if I say concerning a verse from the Book of Allāh that which I do not know?!
Takhrīj Al-Kashāf 4/158
Ibn Mas'ūd, may Allāh be pleased with him, said: Indeed the Qur'an is the Speech of Allāh, the Exalted. So he who lies regarding the Qur'an has lied upon Allāh, the Mighty and Majestic.
Al-Bayhaqī within Al-Asmā was-Sifāt
On the authority of Ibn Abū Mulaykah, who said: Ibn 'Abbās would be asked about a verse, which if some of you were asked about it he would speak; but he would refuse to speak concerning it.

Mixing #Good And #Bad Deeds!
The Prophet (Salallahu Alayhi Wasallam) reported to have said:
"Tonight two (visitors) came to me (in my dream) and took me to a town built with gold bricks and silver bricks.
There we met men who, half of their bodies, look like the most-handsome human beings you have ever seen, and the other half, the ugliest human beings you have ever seen.
Those two visitors said to those men:
"Go and dip yourselves in that river."
So they dipped themselves therein and then came to us, their ugliness having disappeared and they were in the most-handsome shape.
The visitors said: "'The first is the Garden of Eden and that is your dwelling place."
Then they added: "As for those people who were half ugly and half handsome, they were those who mixed good deeds and bad deeds, but Allah forgave them."

Is your loyalty towards Allaah or the people?
Muaawiyah رضي الله عنه wrote to the mother of the believers, Aaishah رضي الله عنها, asking her to write to him some advice but not making it lengthy. So, `Aaishah رضي الله عنها wrote:
