On the authority of Ibn Umar radiAllahu anhu who said:
❝A man came to the Prophet [ﷺ] said: ‘O Messenger of Allaah! Which of the people are the most beloved to Allaah and which of the actions are most beloved to Allaah?’
The Messenger of Allaah [ﷺ] said: ‘The most beloved of the people to Allaah are the most beneficial for the people. The most beloved of actions to Allaah [عز و جل] are to cause happiness to reach a Muslim, to relieve him from a hardship, to settle a debt for a Muslim or to repel hunger from him. For me to walk with a brother in order to assist him is more beloved to me than to make ‘Itikaf in this Masjid [Masjid al-Madeenah] for a month.
Whoever holds back his anger then Allaah hides his mistakes. Whoever suppresses his anger – even though he is not scared to show it, but withholds due to the truth – Allaah fills his heart with hope on the day of Judgement.
Whoever walks with his brother to assist him with a need until he has helped him completely, then Allaah plants his feet firmly on the day people will not stand firmly. Indeed bad behaviour spoils good actions, just as vinegar spoils honey.’❞

In This Month, Allāh Relieves Every Sad And Troubled One
Ibn al-Jawzī رحمه الله said: "O my dear brother, in this month, all faults and mistakes are concealed, all souls and hearts are softened, sins and burdens are forgiven and Allāh ﷻ relieves every sad and troubled one.
He ﷻ says to His angels,
"O My Angels, look at those dry tongues, how they become moist with My remembrance. Look at those hard eyes, how they soften and weep out of fear of Me; and look at those delicate feet planted firmly at the stations of prayer out of desire for Me!'
O my dear brother, whenever you give food to others in this month for the sake of Allāh, the Lord of the heavens and the earth, you shall be raised to high ranks in the lofty grounds of paradise, and you will be clothed with complete goodness and stripped of all sin..."

A Warning Against Only Seeking The Dunyā on Laylatul Qadr
Al-'Allāmah Ibn Bādīs رحمه الله said: "The intent for Laylatul Qadr should be for the Dīn (Religion); not the Dunyā (Worldly Life). Many of the laypeople hope that they would know when Laylatul Qadr is, so that they might seek the Dunyā with it. Therefore, whoever has had this inclination, them [he should] repent to Allāh from falling into this evil danger. Indeed, Allāh said in His Noble Book, "Whoever desires the harvest of the Hereafter - We increase for him in his harvest. And whoever desires the harvest of this world - We give him thereof, but there is not for him in the Hereafter any share." • [42:20]
We do not denounce the one who seeks the Dunyā through the means that Allāh Ta'āla has made for it. Rather, we denounce the one whose concern is for the Dunyā, excluding the Ākhirah (afterlife); such that he eagerly awaits Laylatul Qadr in order to seek the Dunyā from it, while neglecting the Ākhirah.

Abū Bakr b. ʿAbd Allāh said, “A slave never says alḥamdulillāh one time except that he must receive a blessing for his saying alḥamdulillāh.” So what is the proper response to that blessing? Its response is to say alḥamdulillāh, and so there will come another blessing, and so the blessings of Allāh never cease.
And Ibn Mājah has narrated the marfūʿ ḥadīth of Anas (raadi Allāhu ‘anhu), “Allāh never bestows a blessing upon a slave and he then the slave says “alḥamdulillāh” except that Allāh gives him something better than that which he takes.” And we have also narrated the likes of that from the marfūʿ ḥadīth of Shahr b. Hawshab from Asmāʾ b. Yazīd. And this is narrated from Ḥasan al-Baṣrī from his own statement.

THE LORD OF RAMADĀN IS THE LORD OF SHAWWĀL, SHA'BĀN AND THE REST OF THE MONTHS
The blessed month of Ramadān is a great season to accustom oneself to righteousness, being diligent in the worship of Allāh and competing to perform good deeds. It is abhorrent for the Muslim to forsake worship once this month has finished, as is the state of some people who do not know Allāh nor the worship of Him except in Ramadān.
It is said to these people:
O you who knew in Ramadān that you had a Lord, whom you worshipped, obeyed, feared and placed your hope, how could you forget Him after Ramadān?
O you who knew that Allāh made it obligatory upon you to pray five prayers in the Masjid, how can you be ignorant of this or feign ignorance after Ramadān?
O you who knew in Ramadān that Allāh forbade you from all acts of disobedience, how can you forget this after Ramadān?
O you who knew in Ramadān that in front of you there is Paradise, the Hellfire, a reward and a punishment, how can you be heedless of this after Ramadān?
O you who used to fill the Masājid in Ramadān and recite the Qur'ān, how have you forsaken the Masājid and abandoned the Qur'ān after Ramadān?
How strange is it that a people do not know Allāh except in Ramadān, and do not fear Allāh except in Ramadān.
Some of the Salaf were asked about the condition of a people who were like this, and they responded:
"How evil is a people who do not know Allāh except in Ramadān."
Verily, the Lord of the months is One; the Lord of Ramadān is the Lord of Shawwāl, Sha'bān and the rest of the months. It is obligatory upon the Muslim to worship Allāh and desist from disobeying Him at all times and moments.

The Prophetic Character
Someone asked Aishah, Mother of the Believers, “Tell me about the character of the Messenger of Allah “ She said, “Do you not read the Qur’an?” I said: “Yes.” Upon this she said: “The character of the Messenger of Allah was the Qur’an. ”He said: “I felt inclined to get up and not ask anything [further] till death [due to the answer being so profound]”

*Qualities Of The Believers*
The believers are with the believers — they feel joy with their joy, happiness with their happiness, and pain with their pain. If they notice some of them have a deficiency in their religion, they rush to assist them in repairing this deficiency, teaching them, cautioning them, and helping them with wisdom and good discourse, gentleness, kindness, and brotherhood. These are the qualities of the believers.

The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) used to say this frequently in his Rukuh and Sujood
Subhanakalla humma rabbana wa bihamdika Allahumma aghfirli
Glory is to you Allah, Our Lord, and all praises is yours. Oh Allah forgive me!

📌 ARE YOU HEEDLESS ABOUT STANDING BEFORE ALLAAH IN YOUR PRAYER? THEN HOW WILL YOU STAND BEFORE HIM ON THE DAY OF JUDGEMENT⁉️
Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله said:
Every individual must stand before Allaah twice: when he stands before Him in prayer and when he stands before Him on the Day he meets Him. Whoever stands before Him as he should in the first instance, the second standing will be made easy for him, but whoever is heedless with regard to this standing, and does not stand before Him (in prayer) as he should, that standing (on the Day of Resurrection) will be made difficult for him.
