It seems lock screen controller only works if you turn off the phone while the smusic app is opened. Otherwise it won't show.
Idk if this is normal or not, will look into it later

✨ How to install:
• Download and install Samsung Health ported app on your wear os (google how)
• Connect to your PC or ADB over wireless on your phone (also google how)
• Make sure ADB is installed (keep googling how)
• Open CMD/Terminal, type this:

adb shell pm grant com.samsung.android.wear.shealth android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS

• If there's no error, congrats Samsung health is ready now
