What is a Streamer mode? (PC)

This one hides AyuGram windows and notifications from capture apps. It means that you can enable screensharing (e.g. in Discord) and nobody will see your messages and dialogs.
Depending on Windows' mood, it'll be displayed either as a black box or as «nothing». literally.

Context menus are still visible.

1. Q: When will the update be released?
A: A single developer works on this client, and they have a life of their own. Asking about updates in the chat is considered bad form.

2. Q: How can I help the project? And what do I get in return?
A: By supporting the project and sending a screenshot of the transaction, you'll get a 🇷🇺
next to your nickname, which is displayed in the exteraGram and AyuGram clients. And something else…

3. Q: On my PC, the session logs out after restarting the client.
A: Unpack the archive and open the .exe file directly.

4. Q: Log files are being created on my desktop (PC).
A: Move the AyuGram files (tdata, the exe itself, and modules) into a dedicated folder, create a shortcut to the .exe file on your desktop, and launch it from there.

5. Q: How many accounts can I add?
A: 🤖: 8 (without Premium)/16 (with Premium),
💻: 100 (without Premium)/200 (with Premium).

6. Q: The camera/video messages are not working (it crashes, shows strange colors, lags, etc.).
A: Disable Extended Frame Rate.

7. Q: How do I open t.me links on PC?
A: Go to AyuGram Preferences ➝ Other ➝ Associate links with AyuGram.

8. Q: The app constantly asks for microphone permission, even though it has already been granted.
A: Grant the «Nearby devices» permission.

9. Q: Will there be an AyuGram for iOS?
A: Not at the moment, but someday.

10. Q: How can I watch paid content for free?
A: You can't. Buy it.

11. Q: How do I disable the update notification?
A: As of version 20240720, you can't. Previously, in AyuGram/exteraGram, you could tap on the logo and disable it.

12. Q: Messages are disappearing or are not visible.
A: Clear the Telegram database. Go to Settings ➝ Data and Storage ➝ Storage Usage ➝ ︙ ➝ Clear Local Database.

13. Q: I can't find an answer to my question. What should I do?
A: Serious problems require serious solutions — uninstall AyuGram.

14. Q: I don't know which file to download. Can you advise?
A: Download the first one (universal). A link for your own research.

15. Q: Anything else?
A: We recommend reading the FAQ for the exteraGram client.

16. Q: AyuSync???
A: Synchronization of remote and changed messages between platforms (Android & Desktop). This feature has been removed, and there are currently no plans for its return

17. Q: I got logged out, and all my accounts are gone. How do I recover them?
A: Congratulations, you’ve triggered Telegram’s spam protection. This might have happened because you were messaging, threatening, scamming someone, or your message looked suspicious. And AyuGram has nothing to do with this. To log back into your account, you’ll need to use the official Telegram app and log in via SMS. If your account was linked to a virtual number, unfortunately, we can’t help you.
And any excuses like “I’m not spamming anyone” or “I didn’t do anything shady” will not be accepted

18. Q: Why everything is black when taking a screenshot or recording the screen?
A: Enable «App Content in Task Switcher — Show Content» in the passcode settings

19. Q: Why are stars cheaper?
A: AyuGram/exteraGram are based on the direct version, unlike Google Play, which takes a commission on purchases

20. Q: You have so many chats/channels, how can I tell which one is the official one?
A: The official channel/chat will have a ❤️ symbol after its name. It's not clickable and only shows up in exteraGram/AyuGram. This icon on the developer page is interactive; clicking it reveals more information

21. Q: My session crashed, was it cached?
A: The AyuGram feature that saves your session to the cache after any actions (see p.17), log out of your account

22. Q: AyuGram on iOS?
A: Currently, AyuGram is not available on iOS. If anyone offers it to you, it is a scam (read more)

О: Синхронизация удалённых и изменённых сообщений между платформами (Android & Desktop). Эта функция была удалена, и в данный момент нет планов по её возвращению

17. В: У меня завершаются сеансы принудительно, по несколько раз в день
О: Всё это происходит из-за системы антиспам Telegram (если вы писали, угрожали, скамили кого-то, или же ваше сообщение было подозрительным). И AyuGram тут не причём. Чтобы войти на аккаунт, нужно через официальный Telegram зайти по СМС. Если же у вас был аккаунт на виртуальном номере, к сожалению, помочь ничем не сможем.
Отмазки в стиле я никому не спамлю/никаких махинаций не совершаю — не принимаются

18. В: При снимке/записи экрана всё чёрное?
О: Включите в разделе код-пароль «Просмотр при переключении задач — Показывать»

19. В: Почему звёзды дешевле?
О: AyuGram/exteraGram основаны на direct-версии, в отличие от Google Play, который берёт комиссию с покупок

20. В: У Вас много чатов/каналов, как понять, что он официальный?
О: После названия канала/чата должна присутствовать ❤️, она некликабельная и отображается только в exteraGram/AyuGram. У разработчиков (их страница аккаунта) всё также, но она кликабельная, доп. информацией

21. В: У меня вылетела сессия и она была закеширована?
О: Функция AyuGram, которая сохраняет ваш сеанс в кэш после каких-либо действий (см. п.17), выйдите из аккаунта

22. В: AyuGram на iOS?
О: В данный момент на iOS нет AyuGram, если предлагают, то это обман (подробнее)

Чтобы написать что-то в чат, вы должны пройти капчу, это обязательное условие и это никак не обходится/обжалуется.
