Our research focuses on material behavior under extreme conditions, machining, and surface engineering techniques in machining, including coatings for cutting tools. I am looking for students with strong backgrounds in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science who are interested in applying their in-depth understanding of mechanics, and materials behavior to practical applications in machining.
