Aim: To create a new smart CPR feedback device that can tell providers how to adjust their CPR technique based on each patients needs.
Methods: You will design and build device prototypes in our research lab and then test them in small-scale clinical trials. Real patients, with potential for real impact!
Requirements: An honours degree or higher in Electrical, Mechatronic, or Biomedical Engineering. Hands-on experience in biomedical sensors or optics. Comfortable with electronic design and microcontroller programming. Must be an Australian or NZ citizen, or able to obtain an Australian visa by July 2025.
This work is fully supported by The Common Good and QUT Engineering and will be based between QUT Gardens Point and The Prince Charles Hospital.
