OUR EXPECTATIONS:
We are looking for highly motivated and highly capable team players who want to earn a Ph.D. degree in engineering and work with mobile robots. The Ph.D. student's main goals should be to develop novel robotic solutions, push the state of the art in robotics and perception forward, and disseminate their findings. This involves the following: First, developing new solutions to relevant problems, involving theoretical contributions as well as coding. Second, evaluating the proposed systems using real sensor data, running them on a real robot, and the ability to demonstrate the approach live. Third, disseminating the results in the form of papers at high-quality conferences/journals and by publishing code. The candidates should identify themselves with our research lab and their project, be interested in working with real robots and sensors, support the other team members, and engage in and establish joint activities. Finally, the Ph.D. students should support our teaching activities and guide other students.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Master's degree in computer science, robotics, geodesy, electrical engineering, or similar (a B.Sc. degree alone is not sufficient).
* A background (e.g., MSc thesis, specialization, or in-depth courses) in robotics, machine learning, or computer vision/photogrammetry.
* Strong coding capabilities. Relevant languages are C++ and Python.
* Very good English language skills. Knowledge of the German language is not required.

آنلاین شدن فرآیند صدور ویزای ملی آلمان🇩🇪 از اول ژانویه 2025
از اول ژانویه 2025، پرتال خدمات کنسولی آلمان به صورت جهانی راهاندازی شد و افراد در سراسر دنیا میتوانند درخواست ویزای آلمان را به صورت آنلاین ارسال کنند. این تغییر از دو سال پیش برنامهریزی شده بود. فرآیندی که با یک درخواست ویزا و سه بخش آزمایشی آغاز شد، اکنون به واقعیت دیجیتالی در تمامی 167 بخش صدور ویزای آلمان در سراسر جهان تبدیل شده است. اکنون 28 دسته ویزای ملی به صورت آنلاین قابل درخواست هستند.
وزیر امور خارجه آلمان، «آنالنا بربوک»، در این خصوص گفت:
«هر ساله آلمان با کمبود حداقل 400,000 نیروی کار ماهر مواجه است – 400,000 ذهن خلاق و دستان پرتوان برای پیشبرد کشورمان، چه در بخش صنایع دستی، چه در حوزه مراقبت، و چه در شرکتهای فناوری. اقتصاد ملی ما نیز در رقابت جهانی برای جذب کارآموزان، دانشجویان و نیروی کار قرار دارد.
در چنین شرایطی، ما نمیتوانیم با فرمهای کاغذی طولانی و زمانهای انتظار بیپایان، افراد بااستعداد را از آمدن به آلمان دلسرد کنیم. در چنین شرایطی، بهعنوان یکی از بزرگترین اقتصادها و یک کشور مدرن مهاجرپذیر، ما نیازمند فرآیند ویزای ملی هستیم که مدرن، دیجیتالی و ایمن باشد.
و این دقیقاً همان چیزی است که پرتال خدمات کنسولی ارائه میدهد. از این پس، این پرتال در تمامی 167 بخش صدور ویزای آلمان در سراسر جهان خدمات دیجیتالی ارائه میکند. در دو سال و نیم گذشته، ما با یک اصلاح ساختاری جامع و ضروری، فرآیند ویزای قدیمی را کاملاً بهروز کردهایم و اکنون قوانین مهاجرتی مدرن اروپا را وارد عصر دیجیتال میکنیم.
فرآیند آنلاین درخواست ویزا، یک انقلاب اداری واقعی است که مدتهاست صنایع دستی و شرکتهای بزرگ خواستار آن بودند. این تغییر باعث تقویت موقعیت آلمان بهعنوان یک قطب تجاری خواهد شد.»
از این پس، چه برای کار، چه برای تحصیل، چه برای گذراندن دورههای آموزشی و چه برای پیوستن به خانواده، میتوانید درخواست ویزای ملی خود را به صورت آنلاین و از هر کدام از بخشهای صدور ویزای آلمان در جهان ارسال کنید. این کار نیاز به ارسال مدارک پستی را حذف کرده و زمان انتظار برای وقتهای ملاقات را کاهش میدهد.
پس از مرحله آزمایشی، دفتر فدرال امور خارجه آلمان در چهار چرخه تمامی بخشهای صدور ویزا را به پرتال خدمات کنسولی متصل کرد و درخواستهای ویزای مرتبط با اشتغال، تحصیل، آموزش و الحاق خانواده را دیجیتالی کرد.
آنلاین شدن فرآیند ویزا حتی پس از راهاندازی جهانی نیز ادامه خواهد داشت: ما قصد داریم امکان ثبت درخواستهای آنلاین مشترک توسط خانوادهها، گروهها و نمایندگان مجاز را نیز فراهم کنیم.

از اول ژانویه 2025، پرتال خدمات کنسولی آلمان به صورت جهانی راهاندازی شد و افراد در سراسر دنیا میتوانند درخواست ویزای آلمان را به صورت آنلاین ارسال کنند. این تغییر از دو سال پیش برنامهریزی شده بود. فرآیندی که با یک درخواست ویزا و سه بخش آزمایشی آغاز شد، اکنون به واقعیت دیجیتالی در تمامی 167 بخش صدور ویزای آلمان در سراسر جهان تبدیل شده است. اکنون 28 دسته ویزای ملی به صورت آنلاین قابل درخواست هستند.
وزیر امور خارجه آلمان، «آنالنا بربوک»، در این خصوص گفت:
«هر ساله آلمان با کمبود حداقل 400,000 نیروی کار ماهر مواجه است – 400,000 ذهن خلاق و دستان پرتوان برای پیشبرد کشورمان، چه در بخش صنایع دستی، چه در حوزه مراقبت، و چه در شرکتهای فناوری. اقتصاد ملی ما نیز در رقابت جهانی برای جذب کارآموزان، دانشجویان و نیروی کار قرار دارد.
در چنین شرایطی، ما نمیتوانیم با فرمهای کاغذی طولانی و زمانهای انتظار بیپایان، افراد بااستعداد را از آمدن به آلمان دلسرد کنیم. در چنین شرایطی، بهعنوان یکی از بزرگترین اقتصادها و یک کشور مدرن مهاجرپذیر، ما نیازمند فرآیند ویزای ملی هستیم که مدرن، دیجیتالی و ایمن باشد.
و این دقیقاً همان چیزی است که پرتال خدمات کنسولی ارائه میدهد. از این پس، این پرتال در تمامی 167 بخش صدور ویزای آلمان در سراسر جهان خدمات دیجیتالی ارائه میکند. در دو سال و نیم گذشته، ما با یک اصلاح ساختاری جامع و ضروری، فرآیند ویزای قدیمی را کاملاً بهروز کردهایم و اکنون قوانین مهاجرتی مدرن اروپا را وارد عصر دیجیتال میکنیم.
فرآیند آنلاین درخواست ویزا، یک انقلاب اداری واقعی است که مدتهاست صنایع دستی و شرکتهای بزرگ خواستار آن بودند. این تغییر باعث تقویت موقعیت آلمان بهعنوان یک قطب تجاری خواهد شد.»
از این پس، چه برای کار، چه برای تحصیل، چه برای گذراندن دورههای آموزشی و چه برای پیوستن به خانواده، میتوانید درخواست ویزای ملی خود را به صورت آنلاین و از هر کدام از بخشهای صدور ویزای آلمان در جهان ارسال کنید. این کار نیاز به ارسال مدارک پستی را حذف کرده و زمان انتظار برای وقتهای ملاقات را کاهش میدهد.
پس از مرحله آزمایشی، دفتر فدرال امور خارجه آلمان در چهار چرخه تمامی بخشهای صدور ویزا را به پرتال خدمات کنسولی متصل کرد و درخواستهای ویزای مرتبط با اشتغال، تحصیل، آموزش و الحاق خانواده را دیجیتالی کرد.
آنلاین شدن فرآیند ویزا حتی پس از راهاندازی جهانی نیز ادامه خواهد داشت: ما قصد داریم امکان ثبت درخواستهای آنلاین مشترک توسط خانوادهها، گروهها و نمایندگان مجاز را نیز فراهم کنیم.

❌ در حال حاضر سایت سفارت آلمان در تهران هیچ اطلاعیه ای در این خصوص ارایه نداده و تا اطلاع ثانوی روند اخذ ویزا طبق روال گذشته انجام میشود.
