My Food Proteins and Bioproducts Lab (FPBL - www.nandikabandara.ca) at the Department of Food and Human Nutritional Sciences at the University of Manitoba (Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada) is looking for highly motivated and exceptional individuals in the area of food protein processing, protein ingredient development, protein functionality improvement, polymer chemistry, biobased materials and nanotechnology for various positions with an anticipated start date of 1st June 2023.
Our Lab is working on interdisciplinary research themes on protein ingredient development, protein processing, protein-structure-function activity, advanced biomaterials/bioproducts, biopolymer-based packaging applications, and biopolymer-based nanoencapsulation using agricultural/food industry byproduct proteins.
