برخلاف رزومه که بیشتر پیشینه کاری و تحصیلی شما را بیان می کند، یک کاورلتر موفق بیشتر بازگو کننده شخصیت شماست. در واقع کاورلتر بایستی به مسئول پذیرش انگیزه کافی بدهد تا یک مصاحبه (اینترنتی یا حضوری) با شما داشته باشد.
👈ساختار نگارشی یک کاور لتر مناسب
