Message from Cleveland police tonight: “No media is allowed downtown unless they are inside their place of business. Period.”
Account of a comrade:
Surrounded by police. Spoke directly with the deputy asked what the punishment for being out past curfew was. He said a fine. I asked if its just a fine then no tear gas right? He said 'look. I just need you to leave' and he kept saying that. I asked if it was illegal to use tear gas on peaceful protesters he said 'look. I just need you to leave' HE KNEEL WITH US. HE SAID HE WAS WITH US. HE GASSED US.
Public negotiation Wednesday at 4pm with the chief of police. One of our demands was to drop all charges. The chief asked for a meeting and to negotiate. We agreed to a public one only.

I know a kid, he just turned 18. He's a son of a cop. As you can imagine, he buys into all of that "nOT AlL CoPS" bs.
What scares me is how whenever someone brings up police brutality in these protests (like shoving, tear gas, etc.), his response is almost always the same: "They're lucky the police didn't shoot them [with a real gun]."
He once said how he "really wants to know what it's like to shoot someone."
He's planning to buy a gun soon. He's planning to train and join the force like his father.
We can't keep having demented fascists fucks like him becoming a cop and accepting police brutality as the norm, with anything less than that considered "lucky." We need to fight for what's right. We need to expect and demand better.
Keep fighting out there, everyone. This shit needs to change. #ACAB

Hmm sounds like someone I know who wants to become a cop...
From a comrade:
antifa is the only terrorist organization that the US won't arm.

#Albuquerque protest. Police have closed the interstates and have brought cops in from surrounding cities. The cops have paddy wagon vans parked at Caesar Chavez and I-25. At least two helicopters monitoring

Useful info in for #Minneapolis right now:
- State troopers are dressed in camo with presumably non-lethal ammo
- Some police are covering up their badge numbers on their helmets (as police in other cities have)
- They are currently using non-lethal ammo on protesters who are out past the curfew
