3. Find your local county trunking system's control channel, for MSP you can look at the ARMER system here: https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=3508
4. Follow these instructions to get your SDR set up: https://www.rtl-sdr.com/rtl-sdr-quick-start-guide/
5. Boot up SDRTrunk, configure a new channel pointing to the control channel in your county (ARMER uses P-25 Phase I, LSM simulcast for system and modulation)

In #NYC, police and the FBI are interrogating detainees on their political beliefs.
If any - ANY - of you are detained at a protest for any reason, you can (and should) refuse any questions regarding your beliefs or those of your fellow protestors.
Per the 5th Amendment, you have no obligation cooperate with police intelligence gathering.
"If demonstrators find themselves under arrest, Oliver went on to say, they should not consent to law enforcement searches, remain silent and invoke their right to speak to an attorney."
