If anyone questions why they hear double calls on the stream here's why.

There are several different radio groups being monitored:
Minneapolis Police
Statewide Tactical
Law Enforcement Tactical
Metro Tactical
State Patrol Helicopters
Hennepin County Sheriff
Bureau of Criminal Apprehension

MPS PD radios are currently bridging to both MPS PD and Statewide Tactical with a delay, so when one finishes, the scanner picks up part or all of the 2nd.

Also, this is why you should all learn how to do this. We wouldn't have this radio if it wasn't for local users.

5. Boot up SDRTrunk, configure a new channel pointing to the control channel in your county (ARMER uses P-25 Phase I, LSM simulcast for system and modulation)
