stephanie an assistant of the mayor and sdot negotiated with David, rooks, and a couple others
agreement: they will not be moving the barricades for 72 hours in order to give us the opportunity to communicate with the people who live here, make decisions as a group, and negotiate with the city. chop will NOT BE TOUCHED BY THE CITY for 72 hrs starting 7a ish 6/26

sounds like there was a shooting down in South Precinct near 51 s and oregon about 25 minutes ago. response is still ongoing.
"if we could get 2 more long guns to respond, check city wide", "suspect is in a vehicle with a gun to his head", "he's starting to negotiate that he'd be willing to put the gun down if we give him a bottle of wine", "negotiations are going well"
they are allocating a LOT of resources down there, they sent a harbor unit down there who was like "what can I do to help from the water" once he showed up, there was no response.
west precinct is "spread very thin" right now
