Wonderful and successful multi-purpose #AntifaFoodDrive in #NYC earlier today. Volunteers in #BlackBloc showed up to receive and sort donations and hold space as a counter-action to a planned MAGA rally nearby. The reactionaries reportedly left the city before they even assembled, marking the first clear win for the action. All foodstuffs will be donated to La Jornada food pantry in Queens (link), and a lot of donations were gathered: second win. The normalization of bloc is a third important aspect of this kind of action: as a bunch of bloc on the ground were petting some dog, one of the owners was overheard saying (to his dog), “these are nice, good people.”

#JonathanPrice was shot and killed Saturday night in #WolfeCity #Texas. He was a city employee and "beloved in the Wolfe City community," about an hour outside of #Dallas. He was intervening to break up a fight at a gas station when officers arrived on the scene, tazed him, and then shot him dead.
