This is a vitally important article for anyone doing action in the street. The federal arresting agencies are going to try literally anything to get people in jail, including attempting extradition for littering.

Hey look, apparently he was a Pinkerton. So a Pinkerton, not an antifascist, killed a Nazi today. For those who are unaware of the story of the Pinkerton Detectives. They were a private military contractor hired by corporations and the united states to take on workers in the biggest, and most violent days of the labor movement. Several lives have been taken by Pinkertons in the Homestead Strikes, the Coal Wars, and several other events in our nations history. They were notoriously violent killers back then. They still contract today with police and private agencies. Just so everyone has their facts strait on events that happened today.

What we did learn today though is that Pinkerton's are being hired by 9 news to accompany them on their way to protests. So collectively, we should be outraged at 9 news for hiring Pinkerton's and letting them loose in our communities when we know their history with civilian movements. But we are not going to mourn a Nazi either.

Right-wingers are the ones that facilitate, encourage, promote and defend groups like the Pinkerton Detectives and their actions (literally everything related to the Pinkerton Detectives: private military contractors, extra-judicial killings, extreme abuses of violence against those fighting for workers' rights and civil rights and lack of any accountability for such actions). When the Pinkerton will inevitably get away with it because of self-defense, they will know how it feels. And they'll have no one to blame but people like them.
