#Philly #ground There are about 10 cop cars with bike racks on 6th, several trucks, about a dozen other cop vehicles, and 30 or so officers standing on the federal courthouse grounds that I could see.

Not a lot of police presence on Market East until 13th and Marker north side, where cops with riot helmets and nightsticks are standing in two groups of 5 to 7.
