✨Just in the past week, the crypto market witnessed a sharp decline, and a series of top altcoins sunk in the red, bringing the market capitalization and investor sentiment back to the days of June.

✨Over the past week, the crypto market decreased by ~$112B (from ~$1,172B to ~$1,060B) of its total capitalization.

✨BTC Shaky at $26K
✅After last week’s uneventful price performance, BTC headed north on Monday and touched $29,7K. This came a day before Europe saw BTC ETF's first spot going live on Euronext Amsterdam. While that seems to be bullish news, the cryptocurrency headed south and dipped to and below $29K by Thursday.

✅The landscape worsened even more in the following days amid speculations that Elon Musk’s SpaceX has sold its remaining BTC stash. The asset reacted with an immediate price drop, driving it to a new two-month low of $25,1K.

✅As of now, bitcoin trades at around $26K after a minor daily increase.

✨RUNE Surpasses All
✅Most alternative coins followed BTC on its way south, with massive price drops, which in some cases were with double-digits. Most have attempted to recover some ground since then but not very efficiently.

✅Most major Altcoins have been down two digits in the past week. ETH, for example, went from over $1,85K to about $1,6K to mark a multi-month low.

✅While the rest of the market is in pain on a weekly scale, THORChain’s RUNE is up by over 30%, which makes it the best performer among the top 100 altcoins. An 11% surge in the past day has pushed it to $1.75.

✅BSCS is trading at $0,006969, +5,28% from its 7-day all-time low of $0,006619.

✅Total market cap of altcoins this week is ~$548B

✨After last week's dump, the crypto market for the past 7 days has returned to a sideways state, but in part, that is also because there are few disruptive news that can bring volatility in the market.

✨Over the past week, the crypto market decreased by ~$7B (from ~$1,060B to ~$1,053B) of its total capitalization.

✨BTC Boring at $26K
✅After the drop from $29K last week, the price of BTC this week has almost no movement around the $26K area with low trading volume.

✅The preceding weekend passed uneventfully, with BTC maintaining its position around that mark. The beginning of the business week saw no significant changes, and BTC remained motionless.

✅A shift finally occurred on Wednesday, resulting in a dip of over $500. Yet, the bulls swiftly intervened, propelling the cryptocurrency northward. Thursday witnessed a more substantial price surge, propelling BTC to $26,8K.

✅However, BTC's advance halted, and it retraced to $26K, where it has remained for the past 48 hours.

✨The Weekly Losses
✅Although there is usually great volatility, the Altcoins of the past week have run in a stable price range

✅PEPE is facing a substantial 20% drop. This occurred amid suspicious transfers and claims about the meme coin's creator earlier this week.

✅Unlike TONCOIN, which surged over 9% in week, most major-cap altcoins like XRP, ADA, ETH, SOL, DOGE, DOT, and BNB all have 1% - 3% price drops.

✅RUNE, APE, and XDC followed suit with losses of up to 17% in the past week.

✅BSCS is trading at $0,007442, 13,06% from its 7-day all-time low of $0,006582.

✅The total crypto market cap remains virtually unchanged from last week at ~$1,050B.

✨The cryptocurrency market had a rollercoaster week, driven by the latest news on the Bitcoin ETF front. Following a robust recovery fueled by news of Grayscale's successful complaint with the SEC and a potential reevaluation of the Bitcoin ETF proposal, BTC retraced back to its previous price range as the Securities and Exchange Commission postponed approval for ETF proposals from other Wall Street giants.

✨Over the past week, the crypto market decreased by ~$11B (from ~$1,053B to ~$1,042B) of its total capitalization.

✨BTC Calms at $26K
✅Weeks of mostly stagnant price movement suddenly shifted on Tuesday as Grayscale secured a significant legal victory against the SEC regarding its GBTC conversion into a spot Bitcoin ETF.

✅BTC immediately responded with a rapid increase, breaking through the $26K resistance level. Within hours, its price surged by over $2K, reaching a multi-week high above $28K.

✅However, this surge was short-lived, and BTC retraced by $1K within the next 24 hours. The situation worsened on Thursday and Friday as the asset dipped by more than $1,5K, touching an 11-week low of $25,3K on multiple exchanges. Now, BTC hovers just below $26K

✨TON, IOTA, XDC Soar Weekly
✅TON has been more than 30% up for the past week. This makes it the best performer on a 7-day scale, followed by IOTA (17%) and XDC (10%).

✅ Except DOGE, which saw slight growth, most major altcoins such as ETH, XRP, ADA, TRX, DOT, MATIC, LTC, BNB, SOL, and SHIB are slightly red.

✅BSCS is trading at $0,006937, +4,03% from its 7-day all-time low of $0,006668.

✅The total crypto market cap has remained relatively still at under $1,050B trillion on CoinMarketCap.
