✨Over the past week, the crypto market increased by ~$27B (from ~$1,035B to ~$1,062B) of its total capitalization.

✨BTC Preparing for $27K?
✅Despite the bad news about the CPI index, BTC price increased ~7% in the past week, approaching the $27K mark. BTC's price has failed to produce anything substance throughout the past 24 hours and remains primarily situated around where it was trading yesterday – at around $26,5K.

✅That said, according to the co-founder of Glassnode, $27K seems to be the next resistance to overcome. In comparison, there might be some selling pressure induced by profit booking at around $27.4K and later at $28.2K if the cryptocurrency is to reach that level.

✅All in all, he seems to believe that the current increase in Bitcoin's price will ultimately lead to another test of the coveted $30K level.

✨Altcoins Prices Increase On Weekends
✅Altcoins prices increased on the weekends, making the Market overall a slightly green color

✅Although it has started to decline, TON was still the best-performing name last week, with an increase of ~37%, followed by BCH and LINK with 13% and 10%, respectively.

✅XLM decreased the most in price last week, with 11%, NEAR and AVAX had a decrease of ~3%

🔊Weekly Market Highlights #64: September 18 - September 24

✨Last week, with the FED keeping interest rates unchanged and the BTC trading volume on major exchanges decreasing, the price of BTC did not fluctuate much.

✨Over the past week, the crypto market decreased by ~$7B (from ~$1,062B to ~$1,055B) of its total capitalization.

✨BTC Silent at $26.5K
✅The week kicked off with BTC showing a slow start, hovering around $26,5K, carrying over the momentum from the previous weekend. However, the bulls stepped in late on Monday, driving the cryptocurrency just above $27,4K.

✅Despite a brief pullback, BTC surged again on Tuesday, reaching a 20-day high of just over $27,5K.

✅Yet, sustaining this momentum proved challenging, and the asset gradually lost value. The most significant dip came on Thursday, as BTC dropped to a three-day low of $26,4K.

✅It managed to recover slightly in the ensuing days. However, overall movement has been limited, with BTC remaining within the $26,3K range.

✅Its market capitalization still sits below $510B.

✨IMX Goes Up, OP Heads South
✅Major Altcoins such as ETH, BNB, ADA, DOT, MATIC, and AVAX all suffered slight losses, from 1% - 3%

✅XRP, SOL, SHIB, and APT saw growth of 1% - 4% during the week. IMX had the best weekly market gain with ~14%, followed by LINK with ~9%

✅In contrast, OP has slumped the most within the same timeframe with ~10%.
