🫣 Teenagers Accused of Killing Community Dogs in Brazil 🫣

This story came to us directly from our Brazilian community. And it’s one we can’t ignore

Orelha was not just a dog.

For 10 years, he belonged to an entire neighborhood in Praia Brava, Brazil.
No leash.
No single owner.
Only love and protection 😛

He was safe.
Until one night, he wasn’t 😡

Last month, Orelha was brutally attacked by a group of teenagers.
His injuries were so severe that he didn’t survive.

The pain didn’t stay in one beach town.
It spread across the country.

People took to the streets.
Voices rose online.
A hashtag became a movement:

#JustiçaPorOrelha — Justice for Orelha

After a police investigation, a group of teenagers was identified.
One was accused as the main perpetrator.

But here is the hard truth:
In Brazil, minors cannot be imprisoned.
The accused will be sent to a rehabilitation clinic.

And as the case unfolded, something even darker emerged

The same group is now being accused of killing another dog - Orelha’s closest companion 💔

This may not have been an isolated act.

Too often, cruelty is followed by silence.
By attempts to make people forget.

But this time, people refused to look away.
