Not only can votes be CHANGED in an election, but you can change the TIME and DATE on the print out tapes to make it appear that the altered votes were the actual votes on election night.
In other words, even a full year after an election, Dominion and ESS representatives can ALTER election results and make it appear that those results were from November 3, 2020.
