OK you cool cats and kittens, I have a new way to try to get the data we need to fix 2020, We have asked for databases, we ask for images... the results are hit and miss. (Mostly miss for databases). So... I want any of you who have been requesting data from your county to shift gears for me. I have a plan, and this is the data the plan needs.
Send the following request via FIOA/Public Records Request.:
We request a spreadsheet or csv file containing the following data from the 2020 General Election. The data columns we are requesting are:
For each batch of votes processed during the election:
1. Batch Identifier (numeric)
2. Date and Time Batch was processed (Date/Time)
3. Number of ballots contained in the batch (numeric)
4. Number of votes for the Trump/Pence ticket in the batch
5. Number of votes for the Biden/Harris ticket in the batch
This information should be public, as it is just a different way of expressing the county's published vote totals.
Let me know what you think, and what responses you get to that request.

Just wanted to let you know that as a person who runs a small group of people fighting to expose election fraud and the need for an audit in West Virginia, I reached out to all nine of the WV delegates who signed your Memorandum For Record and presented them with proof of 7,523 ballots cast in the Nov. 2020 General Election for which there are no corresponding voter registrations. Of the nine delegates, only one bothered to reply. He said he wanted to sit down and review our findings, but then keeps putting that off from week to week.
I am forced to draw the conclusion that the WV delegates who signed did so for political capital, and nothing more. With an issue so important, and make no mistake, while a mere 7.5k ballots might seem like small beer, they clearly illustrate Dr. Frank's work which shows voter rolls being inflated before the election, then removed before the next registration reporting period. I believe they're a mistake made by parties unknown; they removed the registration records, but not the record of the ballots that were cast using their voter ID's.
I write this only to inform you that not all of those who sign your Memorandum are serious about fixing 2020 first; it's obviously no reflection on you, Senator!
