Yes! This is a monumental win for the good guys! General Morrisey and staff have my heartfelt gratitude for their herculean efforts on this, and all cases they have taken on!

That said, General Morrisey, you have been in possession of hard evidence of voter registration fraud in West Virginia, which, given the length of time the SoS has been the custodian of this system, simply cannot be happening without his knowledge. We would be most grateful for some indication that you've personally seen this hard evidence which we delivered via email to Ryan McCoy in your office, some weeks ago, now, and some indication that you will act on it in the best interests of the State of West Virginia and her citizens? You can be either a hero or a villain in this, the most important issue West Virginians face, as without honest, secure elections, we are not free. Please, sir, it's been more than six months since we tried initially to present you with evidence; no word from you on this all-important issue is crushing us. Time is not on our side, as you can plainly see from the BasedData WV report; there's nothing in between hero and villain; you decide, but do it quickly, please.

He DOES have investigative power where there is potential criminal activity involving another department of the government! Please stop making excuses! Sorry, but the usual pat excuses do not fly anymore.

So you're telling me that the citizen has zero recourse other than to sue a public official at overwhelming and potentially ruinous cost to themselves, or to attack their surety bond by filing a complaint against it? M'kay. That tells me all I need to know. Stop sending me emails begging for contributions, then, where all cases taken on by General Morrisey are funded by public monies.

Your argument makes little sense; if I were not aware that the SoS and the AG are two different offices with two different missions, I'd not have bothered posting here at all. I have on multiple occasions complimented General Morrisey on his victories, and by extension his choice of cases. What YOU seem to be ignoring quite willfully is that given what we turned over to you, it should be obvious that the SoS is absolutely NOT the official to trust to put a stop to what is going on; it's been happening on HIS WATCH, and there's absolutely no possibility that he doesn't know about it.

Our elections will and very likely have been tampered with, which is clear from the bogus registratiions. That means lawfully registered citizens are being disenfranchised, which is to say enslaved, and the GOP supermajority is the most worthless and faithless assemblage of flesh we've ever seen.

To paraphrase Captain Seth Keshel, "If not you, who? If not now, when?" Help us!

Oh, I should also like to note that it's come to our attention that the ES&S DS200 system has been shown to flip voting method on ballots; it should be clear that if it's flipping method between in-person/early and absentee, any other field can be changed in the same manner. ES&S has openly acknowledged this 'glitch'. We learned this from the head of the SoS's own investigative unit, although you can be sure she'll disavow this.

Still think there's no particularly urgent need here? Just sayin'...

You know, it should be clear that if we didn't have a high regard for General Morrisey, we wouldn't be asking him for help. You seem to think we're attacking him, when this is absolutely not the case.
