I have been seeing post about out registering and out voting the Democrats in 2024 in response to the Trump indictment. Both are worthy causes. However, we out voted the Democrats in the Presidential election in 2020 and the Governor’s election in Arizona in 2022. The cheaters have the election process locked down in many key States from voter registration to the final vote tallies. Democrats have demonstrated they will take weeks or even months in the “counting process” to get the numbers that provide them victory. The ensuing court cases are tossed out of court, many without even hearing any evidence. If this indictment of President Trump has moved you to action, I suggest turning some of your motivation into action by pressuring your State and Local Politicians into:
1. Reforming the voter registration rolls,
2. Getting rid of Absentee voting except for military and extreme cases,
3. Eliminating early voting,
4. Eliminating electronic devices in the voting process (poll books, voting and ballot generating devices, vote tabulators, centralized software/computers at the local and State levels),
5. Use Paper Ballots and Hand Counting.
If I have learned anything by researching the broken voter registration and voting process in the United States, it is that the voter registration and voting processes are designed to be controlled at the lowest levels of the States. The voter registration and voting processes are NOT to be controlled at the State and most certainly not the Federal levels. State and Federal control of elections has gotten us into the mess we are currently in!

I'm going to buck the trend of those who keep saying "they'll fail". Given the complete corruption of the judiciary and law enforcement in America, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say I'm betting Trump does time for a nothingburger. I believe in nothing, anymore.

This analysis is right on the money.

The following example from SoCal Mitch is exaggerate for WV, but still applies. Secretary of State Warne's office put out a press release in 2021 saying they had removed 110,000 voters from the voter registration database. However, that is countered by the record pace of voter registrations we have been experiencing since 2012. By averaging the voter registration numbers annually, the voters removed in 2021 will be replaced by 2023. As you can see by the pattern of replacement, any maintenance of the voter registration database can be overcome in a little over 2 years. That means that there is little impact on the fraudulently registered voters available to control elections for the President, Governor, US Senate, US House, WV Senate, WV House, Secretary of State, Attorney General, etc. Get the picture? Without voter registration reform, eliminating digital devices from our voting process, eliminating early voting, and reforming absentee voting requirements, we will continue to have wide spread fraud to control our elections, even if we go to paper ballots. We need sweeping reforms to our voting process to eliminate the overall effect of the current election fraud that is occurring.

We need this kind of action here in WV!
