It's just as we have thought. AAMVA is the Central repository of all State DMVs. No one at the State Level knows a single thing about what they do with our Personal Data. But they collaborate in the cloud with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to secure our voter roles. In fact our voter roles are so secure, after 2+ years we still don't know how they're injecting hundreds of thousands of Phantom Registrations during our Elections.
